He brings a genuine personality towards his customers and cares about their experience! He really reminds me of the NOLA Culture and hospitality that you don't really see everywhere else. The interior is more open than you would think and is exceptioanlly clean. I also noticed the type of napkins they provide for the cusotmers are very heavy duty napkins.
