Delicious! First time seeing this food truck and I was amazed! Although it's no one's fault, it's difficult to shout your order while on your tippy toes and wearing a mask, with a live musician in the background. But the employees were great, working in a hot truck, with hot food, on a hot day! The only awkwardness was them showing the iPad for payment and asking if I wanted to tip (it gave some percentages and the cash value to select) because they didn't want anyone actually touching the tablet themselves, which is totally understandable. I easily tipped 25% but it was still awkward to have to do it that way. I received an email receipt and perhaps they could have an option to tip that way, instead? Just a suggestion. Okay, so I love food trucks because they are typically perfect bites for us foodies. This one happened to be stationed at a fun brewery, but I don't know that I'd order from them again. If you're looking for some good Cajun quick-bites, C'est Tout Bon 2 Eat could your food truck. They came to my apartment complex on a Saturday afternoon during quarantine. I was able to preorder from the menu the night before. This options is great, but the execution was a little sloppy. When arriving to pick up my order, it wasn't ready. In fact, there were people with walk up orders that had their orders ready before those of us that preorder. The food: I ordered a shrimp po'boy and a shrimp & fries dish. The shrimp were delicious. The fries were thin, crispy and seasoned. The bread for my po'boy was a little tough, so I discarded it. All in all it was a good experience. I contacted C'est Tout Bon 2Eat on the recommendation of a friend, to set up for our company. Our guys work out in the field (plumbers) so we needed a breakfast truck. Even though they are not a breakfast truck they were more than happy to send me a breakfast menu and come set up for us. The food was amazing. I was feeding at the minimum of 20 grown men. I heard ZERO complaints, no one said they were still hungry afterwards. In fact they all kept bragging on how hot and delicious the food was. The plates were over flowing with amazing delicious Cajun breakfast food. The grits and tomato gravy were a recommendation of one of the guys in the truck, and I'm glad I got them, it was a taste of home for this South Georgia girl. Me and the boyfriend rushed over, right after our dinner... ever since me and my cousins trip to NOLA, we've been craving beignets. And when I saw one of our local food trucks served them, I had to stop! My boyfriend and family had never had them before, so we were nice and went with the intentions of getting everyone an order. We showed up to the food truck, right before they were to leave, and they were so nice to turn the gas back on, and fill our order... 7 orders of beignets. Oops. Haha. The beignets are not the traditional kind like you'd fine at Cafe Du Monde, but I am not saying this with a negative connotation. The beignets from C'est Tout Bon, are delicious. My son and I took a walk today in this 90 degree weather. We noticed a food truck and walked up to it to see what kind of food they serve. Cajun Food! Right up my alley. After I looked over the menu and identified what I wanted to order. I got in line. There was only one person in front of me and no one behind me. After the gentlemen in front of me completed his order, I assumed I was next since I was standing behind him. The guy in the food truck decided to help someone else who walked up after me and was standing behind me. I was visibly annoyed and said "I guess they don't believe in serving people in the order in which they arrive." I told my son let's go and we continued with our walk. We walked by the food truck again and the guy and I exchanged looks and I just shook my head side to side. He snidely says to me "I'm sorry you feel that way." I was caught a little off guard, but I was ready to give him this smoke. I said, "Excuse me? I'm not sure if that's an apology, but I was clearly next in line and you know it. You decided to help someone else. My money works just as good as anyone's. You chose to bypass me to help that man. You should know better. Fortunately, I don't have to patronize your business and I won't." He had the audacity to try to defend his actions. I told him the fact of the matter is that I was in line and you helped someone else. At the end of the day, you were wrong no matter how you try to slice it. That internalized oppression has him thinking that white man's needs superseded mine. It also had him believing that he could just say anything to me. He got the wrong one today. It's too hot outside to listen to lies. Full disclosure - there was another guy in the food truck that popped his head out to say sorry and he hopes I come back to try them out. I had the opportunity to dine at the truck C'est Tout Bon 2 Eat a couple weeks ago. I was very disappointed at the appropriation of the culture. I am a Louisiana native who knows the food. BEWARE: The shrimp PO Boy this truck serves is fake. It inappropriately has only 10 ea. small lightly fried unseasoned shrimp. The heavy Mayo taste spread that is not a seasoned remoulade, which is a classic spicy condiment from Louisiana that starts with a mayonnaise base that's kicked up with Cajun seasoning, whole grain mustard, hot sauce and grated fresh horseradish. Ideally you would use a French sandwich loaf, like a baguette, but wider and about a foot long. Without good bread, a po boy is pretty po' 4 sho! read more

I just had a really bad experience at the Kennesaw Depot Farmers Market and Food Truck night eating here. First, something is up with the ordering system because they were so backed up. My friend and I ordered food from two different trucks at the same time. By the time my food was ready she had gotten hers, eaten it, we'd both finished our beers, and waited around another 20 minutes before my food was ready. What a mess. I would have just asked for a refund if the line had been so long. They definitely need a better way of taking orders, keeping them organized, and arranging pick ups. Plus, their truck was so loud you couldn't hear the names they were calling and it was so loud that it ruined the whole ambiance at the entire event. But, if food is good, it's good and I'll put up with all the nonsense for good food. But this food was horrible. The shrimp and grits was awful and tiny and expensive. The shrimp was clearly not fresh, only ate one. The tomato gravy was horribly acidic. The grits were creamy but over powered by the runny tomato mess. And for $13 the portion was way too small. We had two bowls of Jambalaya and an order of beignets at Truck & Tap, Woodstock. The food was outstanding. The Jambalaya was a satisfying combination of rice, red pepper, smoked sausage, shredded chicken, and SPICE. Not set your mouth on fire hot, but perfect to get the alarms going a little more and more with every bite. There was a deep soul food flavor going on with the seasoning that made every bite of the rice a treat, even when it didn't harbor a piece of sausage. The beignets were awesome as well. Crunchy and chewy soft on the inside texture contrast, and not too sweet. I am not a dessert guy, but I enjoyed them. Every week I check the Truck and Tap website to see what food trucks will be there. These guys will be noticed, and there are a number of additional items I want to try. read more

One is a brick n mortar and now a truck has came into my sights. Walked up to this truck and was greeted by the owner and we got to chat about their food. I searched their menu and went for the jambalaya and it was really tasty. There was plenty of the veg trinity and some andouille and a good spice package. I tell you I liked it so much that I walked around the Duluth food truck Friday and came back for their shrimp Po Boy. Let's start with the most important part the bread. It was crispy outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. There was also a ton of perfectly fried shrimp and then some lettuce and tomato. They also drizzled it a good amount of a spicy aioli on top. Never again! Between the lack of customer service, the overpriced menu, the lack of personality while interacting, and having customers wait an hour just to place an order in 41 degree weather.... I will NEVER waste my time on this truck again. I had to get a refund. There is no way you can charge a person $11 for a burger and fries and the quality of it comes out looking like a Burger King kid's meal. I did not wait almost 1.5 hours in 40 degrees for that. I may have just taken it and went about my day IF there was at minimum decent customer service. The man taking orders gave no "thank yous", no "be right with you", no "Hold on a just a minute for me please", not anything of the considerate sorts. He literally just closes the window on you and says NOTHING. I waited so long for a sausage patty and fries that the other people in line kept asking "my god what did you order?" Then after I got my order the presentation was NOT up to par. He initially tried to serve me the ENTIRE burger and fries in a paper fry caddy. 1st, why in 40-degree weather? So my food could be cold in less than 30 seconds? You have styrofoam why not just use those? Then, when I get the food the burger is clearly dry looking, not hot, the paper fry basket itself wasn't even hot. So that meant that my food was ready and literally sat there for god knows how long? Why would I be done that way? I did not have a voucher, I paid cash. My firs time patronizing with them, I don't know them. Why would you do someone like that after they waited an hour in the cold just to buy from you and only you? I could've gotten out of line like many other people for the long wait. However, I stayed because I wanted to support a black-owned business since there are so few. And this is how you repay me? By giving me a less than mediocre meal that was left sitting out to get cold then charge me $11.00 and with no apology, empathy, care, concern, anything at all. NEVER AGAIN.
