This place. I had…read moremy doubts; small shop with no reviews and in a old/rundown building. Looks can be deceiving so never judge a book by its cover! I met the two guys who work there, Roger and Ryan (or is it Bryan?). I ride a 2003 Harley 1200 Custom. Anyways, I had an issue with my exhaust head studs and exhaust gaskets. For some reason when I had taken off my pipes, the flange nuts wouldn't go back on or they'd get loose real quick. Also had a problem with my front caliper, it would seize and the pistons inside it wouldnt work regardless of a rebuild kit. I usually do my own maintenance but I couldn't fix the problem due to the complexity of the job, plus I didn't have the time. If I would have went to the Harley dealership, they'd tell me i'd have to get Brembo brakes and that'd cost me a great deal as well as fixing my exhaust/pipe problem would cost me another ridiculous amount. Overall, with the front caliper and the exhaust/gasket problem, I paid $280. Sounds a lot but all the other places that would give me a quote was a lot higher. Plus, i got a new brake-line and had my Carburetor checked out just in case there was any problems.

The "national brand" shop said they did not have a clue what was wrong and thought it could be an alignment issue but they don't have the equipment to check it. Another local shop of some reputation just said "its not too bad so just ride it until it breaks and then we will know what to fix." I found CCC pretty much by accident online, and went there to talk to them. Roger was very helpful and sure they could fix it. I took it in, and Bryan and I talked a while about what it was doing. I left it with him and it was fixed the next day. I am so glad to have my bike back running well. I won't go into detail about what the problem was but Bryan found it and fixed it when two other prominent shops would not even take it in and try. I have another Harley with an electrical problem and it is going to CCC on Monday.

I don't know how they have been in business so long. They screwed me over in 2003. They were…read moreunprofessional and ineffective. I ordered a spare tire for a car and they tried to sell me a wheel that came nowhere close to being compatible. The number and placement of screw holes didn't even match. They had my money and they told me I cannot have a refund. I wish I had cut my losses and let them steal my money at that point. Because it got much worse. Then they asked if I would leave my original wheel with them. They lost the original wheel somehow. I couldn't get out of work so my elderly mother went down there. She's a mild mannered woman but they aggravated her. She didn't tell me the whole story but I think she had to resort to having the Sheriffs office get the original wheel back. My mom wouldn't talk about it. It was that disturbing. I wish I hadn't involved my poor mother. I wish I had just gotten the wheel at the dealership or a tire store. I wanted to save money but it ended up indirectly causing all kinds of family problems due to the mix up. Just very disorganized. I am shocked they never went out of business. They caused me a lot of problems and unnecessary grief. I beg you to go somewhere else. Please. Trying to save money on used parts that may or may not get right is not worth having it affect your livelihood and your family.

I had tonneau cover installed where they left bolts out of it causing it to leak very badly. Called…read morethem and they said they installed professionally the way it should be. I took pictures and sent to Roll and Lock to verify that something was missing for it to leak so bad. They confirmed that the entire front should be touching the bed cap not like it was with a 1/2" gap across entire front allowing water to pour in. Had to spend additional money to get installed correctly somewhere else after Roll and Lock sent me missing bolts and a rubber seal. Would never buy anything from this poor unprofessionally run business. Pay for labor that didnt get!!

He said, "No." I then asked if they had any flexible adhesive. He looked at me like I was from Mars as he did not know what I just asked. He eventually directs me to the wrong isle. Contrary to what the counter guy told me, I did eventually find the Amazing GOOP. The man was not very invested in his job as he did not know his inventory. The price was in line with other auto parts stores. 2 Years Earlier... I normally remember more about the people I encounter, their ability & willingness to do their job, politely & professionally much longer than what I bought or what I paid. 'Harold' was the poster child for being an outstanding representative of O'Reilly Auto Parts. He was intelligent, fast on the uptake, articulate, well spoken, genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and he knew & offered the related items to my project. I left there with what I went there to purchase & feeling good about the experience. BTW, the store was very clean & well organized.
