I don't know how they have been in business so long. They screwed me over in 2003. They were unprofessional and ineffective. I ordered a spare tire for a car and they tried to sell me a wheel that came nowhere close to being compatible. The number and placement of screw holes didn't even match. They had my money and they told me I cannot have a refund. I wish I had cut my losses and let them steal my money at that point. Because it got much worse. Then they asked if I would leave my original wheel with them. They lost the original wheel somehow. I couldn't get out of work so my elderly mother went down there. She's a mild mannered woman but they aggravated her. She didn't tell me the whole story but I think she had to resort to having the Sheriffs office get the original wheel back. My mom wouldn't talk about it. It was that disturbing. I wish I hadn't involved my poor mother. I wish I had just gotten the wheel at the dealership or a tire store. I wanted to save money but it ended up indirectly causing all kinds of family problems due to the mix up. Just very disorganized. I am shocked they never went out of business. They caused me a lot of problems and unnecessary grief. I beg you to go somewhere else. Please. Trying to save money on used parts that may or may not get right is not worth having it affect your livelihood and your family. read more

They would buy our good quality part and then try to put a junk part back in the box and return it for a refund. Once we caught on to this....their bridge was burned! read more

He was on the computer looking to order off other websites. Never under any circumstances should anyone do business here. The owner is a liar. I initially came to this establishment to buy an air compressor needed for my air conditioner. On the phone he told me he was $380 when I got there he told me with fees it's over $500. Then he tells me the air compressor has a warranty for a year but he didn't tell me he charges you $60 for shipping and handling each way. Since I bought the air compressor there, and my friend was not able to fix the problem like I thought he could, I let them do it. 1900 dollars later, the air conditioner was fixed, for about 2 days. They misdiagnosed the entire issue, and all I needed was a new thermostat. Lesson learned, never go cheap on trying to fix your car. I learned the hard way, but in regards to this place, never come here, it's a scam shop. And they will screw you on parts as well. As I said the owner is a liar. read more

This business is a joke. I sold auto parts for 10 years in my youth and worked at a rim reconditioning company.I played $110 bucks for a wheel for my truck.They sell online for 150 recondtioned.I wanted to support our local businesses.what a mistake I got a rim that was beat with a hammer to straighten it up a little and heated with a torch.this wheel is unusable!!!!it is tore up and warped.They told me I didn't order a show piece that it would cost more.when I showed any sign of dissatisfaction they threw me out and told me to use them.They are thieves and should be shut down.I will make it my goal to keep anyone from ever going there. read more

The owner Terry never calls back, Shawn and the guy with speech problems are rude and curse at you for calling. Speak to other yards and they dont even pay their bills when they order. I called their number at 504-368-8894. I was looking for a replacement door mirror. The guy mentions he found one in TN and I ask if he saw it on a particular website because if so, that supplier said someone stole it off their lot. He then hangs up on me after he says I'm trying to "cut him out of the deal". I have no idea how this used parts industry works. But I know how to google and all I was doing was trying to call different dealers, suppliers, etc that might have the mirror I need. He didn't have to be rude and hang up on me. read more
