It was not super busy, and I went midday on a Saturday. There's a decent amount of seating, and if you don't want to dine in, you can definitely stroll up and down the area, as there are so many other eateries and businesses to explore on that strip. My lavender matcha latte was really tasty and perfect for the hot summer day. I will definitely patronize this little spot again. It's cute, and the price points are within reason. She said they were some of the best she has had. She particularly enjoyed the fruit flavored ones. Additionally, their POS system is asking you to add gratuity, even though they're already secretly auto-charging you 10% gratuity. That is flat-out disgusting. The lady who helped us this time didn't appear for some time. We stood alone in the front of the store for several minutes. She had us repeat our order three times, and again as she was throwing everything into one bag. It was such a different experience than our first visit. The almond topping got all over the cheese buns and plain croissant due to her jamming all six items into one bag. Fortunately, it was all still good, just a little weird to have the flavours all mixed together in such a way. Had that been our first experience, we may have not returned.
