They are informed and patient. They helped us match the equipment with our needs, visited our farm, walked through our property and even took the time to show the equipment to those that would be sharing the work on our farm. I have seen the other reviews and got a bit of a giggle chuckle laugh out of them. If you are expecting a bored sales staff like one would get when leasing a new Mercedes Benz in Sonoma County, you will be culturally disappointed, indeed. If you are expecting to find a family business, with patient un-rushed help and service - you will find it. We bought a tractor. We are happy with it. It is a good fit. We also used Kubota 0% APR. All of the services were pleasant and efficient.

It's been 100% reliable for the 25 hours I have on it, and the guys at Tractor City were easy to deal with and fair. Also, tractor shoppers should know that LS is a company that was spun off from LG (the people who make many home appliances), and they've been making tractors for years, including the sub-55hp New Holland tractors. Tickets for the lavender bloom are seasonal and opening dates can vary based on the timing of the bloom each year. They do a great job of posting their bloom updates and open hours. Buy entry tickets in advance and be ready to show them on your phone. On the day I visited, they had a local coffee vendor who was serving lavender infused products and some local makers on site. The farm is not far from the Sacramento and Folsom areas and you can spend the day visiting other local growers or businesses not too far away. What I really enjoyed about the farm were their strategically placed benches and lawns. You can sit in the shade and enjoy the fields from afar after taking time to walk directly through them. Photo ops abound! There's also a farm barn with their wonderful products such as lotions, soaps and culinary items made from their own lavender. If you missed their opening in 2024, be sure to check them out in next year's bloom. Such a pretty and peaceful place!

Well, their umbrellas were NOT secured, there was a strong gust of wind that lifted the heavy umbrella out from the table, knocked-over drinks, spilled drinks on my girlfriend and our food, the umbrella could have hit and injured her and their response was just "Are you okay?" AFTER I asked my girlfriend if she was alright. No "was anything damaged?" or "Can I get you a towell, or at least replace your drinks?" No, they just took the umbrellas away in a golf cart. Thanks for the mess, the ruined food, spilled drinks from your unsecured umbrellas, and not offering to compensate us at all.

They were all competitively priced but each had flaws that turned us off. Lack of communication, lack of material presentation, and a lack of interest in our business. Jesse from TLC was recommended by a local material vendor. He came over with the co-owner Charles to my residence. Right off the bat, they were very professional and showed a lot of interest in our business. I shared with them our vision and goals of our project. Keep in mind I only wanted a retaining wall done, but they went the extra mile to show us what they can do for us for our whole project. This was a huge plus for us. Jesse and Charles came up with the numbers. They were priced similarly to my other estimates, but they had an awesome selection of materials that would fit our budget. They also provided a rendered drawing of what the wall would look like. They also included other possible designs that we envisioned for our backyard renovation. TLC really wanted to be part of our whole project. We agreed on the retaining wall project and signed their contract. When they got started with the project, they were very clean and professional. I did have a run-in with our HOA, but the team knew how to communicate with them so they can stay on schedule. Every day they kept their workspace tidy and kept the area safe for my dog to run around the area. At the end of the project, the family was super satisfied with the work and craftsmanship the team put into our property. They were working under 100º degrees in the summer heat. My only complaint was that they should have ended each day earlier because was HOT! They were all hard-working and the team always had a smile on their faces. You can tell they enjoyed working with each other. Our next phase is our pool, Jesse did have a few contractors lined up for us but we ended up using another contractor that fit our needs. After our pool is done. Jesse and TLC will continue renovating our backyard with pavers and landscaping.

We didn't stay very long but walked around about a quarter mile and bought a whole bag filled with Mandarin, blood oranges, and Cara Cara oranges - $1.90/ lb. The little store also has marmalade, honey and other already picked citrus like the grapefruits and Meyer lemons - these are off limits to visitors due to the BIG thorns.
