I asked about trees with purple flowers and they were also quite helpful suggesting what I could be thinking of and told me if I get the name they can tell me if they have it in stock. My plants were green just not bright green, now they are very vibrant. My veggie were not very big, now they are huge, and I had a bad bug problem. Now I only see a few bugs around. Now my garden is huge and producing awesome amounts of veggie. Paul and his staff know what they are talking about. They have a wide range of products to help you with all of your needs. I could already see several things I'll be returning to shop for! The primary reason for my positive review, however, is the fantastic customer service we received from Priya. We were there to view plants recommended by our landscape contractor and explore other possibilities. Our contractor will ultimately be purchasing from this location on our behalf, so we were simply shopping the options. That didn't deter Priya from willingly walking us around and serving as our "tour guide" for the recommended plants on our list. She was incredibly knowledgeable, supremely friendly, and genuinely eager to assist--despite the fact that our visit wasn't going to result in an immediate sale. She definitely knew her way around the "yard"--she instantly knew the location of every plant we inquired about. Green Acres is very fortunate to have such a wonderful employee! Aside from the order our contractor will be placing, we will absolutely be returning for future purchases as we complete a very comprehensive overhaul of our yard. I had a very frustrating experience when purchasing a houseplant from this store. At no point while…read moreshopping did I see any signs stating that houseplants are non-refundable. When I went through checkout, the cashier also did not mention that the plant could not be returned. About an hour later, I returned to the store because I needed to return the plant, and that's when I was told that houseplants are not refundable. The employee pointed out that the policy was printed on the receipt. Unfortunately, that does not help customers because the receipt is only given after the purchase has already been completed. By then, it is too late to make an informed decision. If this policy is important, there should be clear signs displayed in the plant section and at the register. Customers should also be verbally informed during checkout, especially since cashiers can sometimes forget to mention it. Better communication would prevent confusion and save customers from wasting time and money. I am disappointed by the lack of transparency and hope the store improves how it communicates its return policy in the future.

Nuccios Camellia, 2 QT for 15$ (talk about steal! I also found a blue torch cactus, cactus, and purchased seeds. They seeds germinated and the plants are doing great. It's a smaller nursery but the selection is large. Both times Ive gone the workers are working on propagation and bringing in new product. They made sure to see if I was finding everything okay, which was nice considering I take awhile to shop. Usually, Im looking up the name as I go since I'm not an expert with scientific names quite yet! I'll continue to come here and definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

We had been sitting on a landscape design and needed someone to bring the vision to reality. Brandon immediately translated our plan into his software so we could discuss options and take on suggestions for improvement. He was quick and precise in making adjustments to appease our HOA and fit within our budget. The crew was meticulous in their work on the yard. If it was on the plan it was replicated in the yard. If we saw something that needed a slight adjustment they were happy to accommodate. I recall a situation where we needed a concrete walkway to go wider around an AC unit. The crew quickly responded by forming a wider path. Nate was great at scheduling project dates and also helped to make sure our AC units were reinstalled in a timely manner after our concrete was poured. We were relieved to have them up and running again before a forecasted heat wave arrived. Brandon was there at every stage of the project and was always quick to respond. He was at the nursery with us when it came time to choose the plants, making suggestions for plants that best fit our specific environment. During the middle of construction a rain storm hit our area and we had some concerns about how the yard would handle it in an unfinished state. He came out late at night to make sure the drainage would be okay until the storm passed. Upon completion of the project he was there to make sure everything was tidied up after the final walkthrough. If someone were to ask me for a recommendation on a yard install or remodel I would surely tell them to call Reliable Landscape and Design.
