Great Customer Service!!!!!!! After 3 weeks of showing up at…read moreAAA, my car insurance company in West Hills twice, the DMV four times, calling Dollar Driving School, and going to the Van Nuys Courthouse once, I was finally able to have a ticket removed from my DMV record that I had completed traffic school for back in January of 2018 with Dollar Driving School. AAA raised my auto insurance premium by $1600 a year and when I inquired as to why, I found out that this ticket that I had cleared back in January, was still on my record. I was treated horribly by AAA when I reached out regarding this matter. Finally, when no one would help me, not AAA, the DMV or the Van Nuys Court, I called a local news station, NBC Universal, and asked if they would help me resolve this matter. When Christine Roher from NBC news got involved the entire matter was resolved in one day. She said they have numerous complaints about the DMV records being inaccurate or backlogged. The owner of DDS, Robert Stahl,called me personally to see if he could help even though I had completed the traffic school online with his company 10 months ago. He called a contact at the DMV to help me resolve this issue. I was very impressed, since it was an error on the part of the courthouse and the DMV, not his driving school. My own insurance company, AAA, would not even help, yet DDS traffic school did. The ticket has finally been removed and the underwriting department adjusted premium. I will be receiving a refund of the $1600 I was charged by AAA for this ticket that has finally been cleared from my record. Thank you DDS and Robert Stahl for your compassion and for helping me resolve this issue. It cost me $1600 and two days off of work to finally get this resolved.
