He and his crew showed up the next day and completed the work as promised. Unfortunately my dreams are bigger than my budget so the rest of the recommendations will have to wait until next month. Bottom line...I'm a single woman who has been taken advantage of by many "handymen". Francisco listened to my thoughts and concerns and guided me in the right direction. I know nothing about irrigation and don't really care to...I just need it to water my plants, not waste water and most importantly not blow up like it did after the "handyman" did the repair. I'm quickly learning to hire the people skilled in the trade, it might cost a little more up front but they do it everyday and paying for that experience will save in the long run. I also have a row of Oleander trees (20' tall bushes) that were hanging over my lawn. Frank's crew trimmed the Oleanders and raked and used leaf blowers to get rid of the leaves and debris. 5 guys working from 8 am to 4 pm. They filled this huge trailer with debris.
