We did a walk-through. He asked a lot of questions and explained what he could do. He and his assistant came a few days later, on time. They trimmed the bushes, trimmed the lawn edges, collected dead leaves, and mowed. The difference is dramatic. My first thought was, "it looks like a golf course." I am delighted with the results.
