I found it online while searching for wineries and this was much closer to our preferences...what a clever concept! Meeting married co-owners Megan & Rich and learning of their career backgrounds and approach to opening this business (approximately 18 months ago), it is clear that they were destined to succeed. We were greeted by a charming, welcoming gal, who we came to learn was the female vocalist of the musical duo for the evening. I thought perhaps she might be on staff, which was partially the case. Nevertheless, she was so warm & friendly, making us feel entirely welcome before we even decided where we chose to sit. Having spoken to Megan a couple days prior to make our reservation and learn basic information about Wine Therapy, I knew we'd be ordering wines to taste but also looking forward to the charcuterie board, which was filled with all the selections my husband and I enjoy: Genoa salami, prociutto, Sopresatta, almonds, figs, chocolate-covered minced raisins, apricots...Mmmmm...so great!! I don't know if this list is complete, misspelled, etc, but it was so very good and there was enough for us to take home as a tiny snack for the next day. It is disappointing to add that our attempt to add hummus dip to our initial order was unsuccessful. The same was also true for dessert. Because Megan & Rich had been away up until opening for the evening, they admitted being behind in maintaining their "back-of-the-house" orders. Kudos for her honesty and adding an extra serving of chocolate covered raisins. Wise woman you are, Megan...little things make a big difference--in business and in life! We enjoyed the evening, the music (not too loud but pleasantly audible), the wine (my husband had a "flight", I had a wine slushy...both delish) and the welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back, bring friends and won't need to wait for anyone's birthday to do so!!

**Ghost Tour & Dinner Experience** This was one of the most bizarre and unprofessional dining…read moreexperiences I've ever had. My mom and sister and I visited from Charleston and planned a trip to Little River specifically to have dinner at The Brentwood and take their ghost tour. The entire evening though was one disappointment after another: from the food to the service to the "ghost tour". Dinner was chaotic before it even began. The menu was changed multiple times by head cook Steve...first the chicken was unavailable, then it was duck, then suddenly chicken Marsala, then back to chicken Caprese. My sister and I went with the chicken caprese and our mom the short ribs. When we finally did get our meals, the chicken dish looked NOTHING like what was described and it was NOT good. It was almost like they just took whatever extra ingredients they had in the kitchen and threw it together to make some type of a chicken pasta dish. They were literally giving away additional plates of it to the other diners during the ghost tour experience for free. My sister and I both left our plates mostly untouched, and our server Lorena didn't ask a single question about why two entrées went back almost full. For the price, it was disappointing to leave hungry. Dessert didn't help either...no one around us finished theirs. And then there was the ghost tour. To call it a "tour" is generous...and it was somehow even worse than dinner. It started with reality TV clips from different ghost hunting show that we could've watched online for free. After that, our guide Steve (yes, the same person who cooked our dinner) led us on what was maybe a 15-minute walk while repeating the same stories multple times he'd already told us earlier in the evening. He seemed extremely disheveled and under the influence of something. His Levi's boxers were literally hanging out of his jeans the entire time. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable. When the "tour" ended, we didn't even bother sticking around to explore the historic property. We were over it. We ended up talking with another couple who had driven in (like us) to celebrate their anniversary, and they were just as disappointed and confused by the whole experience as we were. I absolutely would not recommend this restaurant or the ghost tour to anyone in its current state.

Drove 30 minutes to an empty parking lot, overgrown grass, and note on door the that business is closed. When they reopen, we won't be back. Owners should have the foresight to not let this happen.

I came here to go shark fishing over the weekend with a few friends. The first night we headed out in the late afternoon, we stopped here first. What a blast we had! I had so much fun that I would have been fine if we just stayed there instead of going fishing! Silver Coast offers wine tasting, and there were a few four-person tables there doing tastings. There are a couple of two-person tables, and then there's the bar. It's not a big place, but they sure stay busy! We sat at the bar first and asked for something special. John told us he could combine two of their beers and it would taste exactly like a Creamsicle. Well, he wasn't kidding. It smelled and tasted exactly like a Creamsicle. WOW! Needless to say, we were there every day for the three days of our trip. Each time, John brought us new tastes to try. I cannot emphasize how much fun he makes this place. Imagine if you had a small local place that you had been going to for the past 5 years. That's how John made me feel starting with my first time. On one of the top shelves of the small store which is located in the front of the room (the bar area is in the back half of the room) was a giant bottle of wine. It turned out to be five liters. I knew that if I returned from a winery without having brought my lovely wife a bottle, she might lecture me. So, I decided to get her that bottle. Hey, it was only one bottle! :-) About the facilities, they are clean and welcoming. But did I mention John? I cannot give this place enough stars.
