This is my second time using them for a nail in my tire. The first time I drove in and they were fast and inspected my tire and found out there wasn't a nail in there. Filled up my tire and didn't charge me at all. Today I went it and a gentleman looked at my tire and changed it within 18 mins. He patched it up and was super cheap. They got me for an alignment the other day. I had replaced uppers and lowers on my Yukon on Wednesday and figured I'd try this shop for an alignment, even after I was warned not to go there . Dude lifted my Yukon up and down and in 30min it was done . I had my reservations but figured ok, paid the 80 and was on my way. While doing some shopping in Jackson , noticed the toe was way off and my wheels where butterflied in , so off to americas tire I went and they saved the day. Everything was way off on the alignment. These guys are ANYTHING BUT HONEST They had a family member deposit our 2 party insurance check into their account WITHOUT OUR ENDORSEMENT, repairs are worse than when the car got there and were having to take him to court to retrieve our monies. I took my car to Als Tires that is owned by Calaverous tires. I took my car to get my transmission swapped out. I towed my car there because my tranny was scketchy and I was afraid to drive it. My tranny was late in arriving, in the mean time the mechanic, Stacey decided to flush my transmission which was totally stupid because I was replacing the tranny. Stacey called me and said my car was fixed. I asked if the tranny arrived, since I was tracking its location. He just said It is fixed. I got a ride to Als and Stacey informed that he had flushed the tranny and it was fixed. Lie #1. I went ahead and paid the bill 647.00. I assumed Stacey was a profesional mechanic. Needless to say the tranny was not fixed. Stacey even test drove it and couldnt tell the gears were slipping?? Some professional. I knew Stacey would be putting in the tranny and I didnt want to start a fuss. After the tranny arrived, Stacey put in the tranny which is doing fine. He gave me the bill for 2273.00. I paid it so I could take my car home, same as when he said it was fixed the first time. I then asked him about the bill I had paid for the flush??? I dont know if he even did it. He has lied before. I told him I never asked for a tranny flush, he said I did. LIE #2 or 3. That would be stupib to want a flush on a tranny that was coming out of the car. Any way Stacey and I got into an arguement until I told him I was wasting my time arguing with a liar. I went to Calaverous tire and told the supervisor what had happened. He told me the owner was on vacation. Lie from them. Cuz I called today and he told me again that the owner is on vacation. He had told me the owner would be back on Monday, I waited till Tuesday to call since Monday was a holiday. When I reminded him he told me the owner would be back Monday and he said Oh. I then asked him to call the owner and have him call me. I am waiting for his call. I dont doubt that he will call. I am going to file papers at the court house to sue them. I am tired of the run around that he is giving me. I will also report them to the BAR and BBB..I am not done with them yet. I willprobably go on Hwy 49 (where they are located) and hold a sign saying Beware they will rip you off. I usually do my own brakes but I was having issues with fused bolts in the calipers. They did the front brakes and changed the caliper bolts for 70 dollars great price on labor these days! Definitely would have then do them again if need be read more

Took my car down there and got 2 used front tires less then 50 miles nails in both went to take the lugs off and they were so tight they broke, the guy doesn't speak English did not use a torque reach used impact gun stripped my lugs and crossed threaded them. That person should never touch another tire inexperienced. He wanted to drive my car from hathaway pines on 3 lugs on each tire to fix it that will do more damage bottom line is stay away from this place these guys from Pakistan are going to kill somebody by doing tires the wrong way go somewhere else do not trust these guys read more

We live in this town and try to support local businesses but it makes it really hard when you have terrible hospitality and customer service. I needed new front tires and alignment done on my minivan. They just happened to have two barely worn tires from another customer who wanted to replace with a full set. I plan on selling my van in the next couple months so that was perfectly fine with me, especially for the price. My appointment was at 10am on a Thursday and I was out the door by 10:45am. There were no other customers at the time, so that probably helped things go quickly. Excellent service and pricing and I only had to drive 2 minutes to get there! Just reopened--new owner after the other passed. I needed a tire replaced, which was done promptly and for a super reasonable price. He ended up moving tires around so the wear was matched and replaced a missing lug nut, both for free. Also checked the pressure on all the tires. Great service, super honest! read more

I just brought my brand new hellcat with less than 5000 miles on it to them for a set of drag radials to be installed. They scratched up the rim real bad when they mounted the tire. When I noticed it and brought it to their attention, they agreed it was their fault they messed it up and they would fix it. They wanted me to give them my wheel so they can send somebody out and have them paint match it. I told him that the wheel was powder coated, and the vehicle is brand new. I told them I wanted them to order me a new factory wheel. They offered me $300. I do not want $300 I do not want the money, I want a new Factory rim without a scratch on my new $80,000 car.They told me those were my options and there was nothing else they could do for me. Now I have to go File a suit in small claims,File a complaint with bureau of automotive repair and the Better Business Bureau.
