Once again, I'm back I believe it was last week. My daughter got the shock wave therapy which works wonders for sports athletes. It works amazing but this time I went in for myself, I had gotten an amazing smile and a warm welcome from Mrs Sandra i had mention to Dr Caldero my symptoms how I was feeling he fix me right up starting with an adjustment which was long over due it which was amazing from the adjustment. I felt everything starting to flow again feeling good about myself wonderful then I went into the spinal decompression chair. amazing. Took 15 minutes. Let me tell you I drank 2 small bottles of water that they offed to flush my system after the therapy I got home feeling relax said to my self a little nap won't hurt. I ended up taking a three hour nap feeling all refreshed ready to go. I recommend Dr. Caldero if you're feeling pain, you just need an adjustment of maintenance. Short story.... I received 10 sessions of chiropractic lumbar adjustments and decompression therapy together and I feel great! I'm active again enjoying life! Longer story.... I have been living with pain from two bulging discs in my lower lumbar area for the past 16 years! The pain was constant and any small exertion would trigger more pain, causing me to slow down. I avoided the gym, walks, carrying groceries, going upstairs--anything that aggravated my back I avoided. This caused me to become depressed and gain weight. A sedentary lifestyle is what became of my life, sadly. All my previous doctors had me on narcotic pain meds which took the edge of pain away momentarily, but left my mind in a foggy state. Treatments consisted of hot and cold electric tens units and stretching. So eventually I stopped the pain meds and dealt with the pain head on. My two bulging discs were in a grey area according to MRI, not normal but not severe enough for surgery. No one really wants surgery, but I was at that point of desperation and was considering it. I had finally broke down and Googled a deep tissue therapist chiropractor. I found Caldero Chiropractic and set up my appointment. On my first visit, I was greeted kindly by Sandra, Dr. Caldero's wife. They made me feel so welcomed! I underwent an evaluation, and began my first treatment and I felt a lot of the pain was relieved. I saw Dr. Caldero twice a week for five weeks and after each session I felt better and better! I was beginning to feel happier and more positive. Because of his treatments, I can now walk 1.5 miles three times a day with my dog that pulls on the leash where as before, I was lucky to walk her a block or two and come back quickly. I feel great and I want to continue my results from Dr. Caldero. I set up a monthly maintenance type session with him to keep me properly adjusted and feeling great! Now, I'm not going to run a marathon, but I'm plenty happy with walking all day, standing in line, going up and down stairs and doing activities with family and friends like I used to without having to cut it short from pain. What a blessing to find Dr Caldero. On March I injure my hamstring muscle and didn't know what to do that pain was so sharp by April 1st has my last run and decided that I needed to look for help so I Google that I needed to rest so I did that for almost 3 months and that pain didn't go away took pills and nothing. I've been visiting him weekly in the last 3 months, and my neck feels so much better now. There used to be a very tense muscle that I could feel on my neck all the time, but it's now just disappeared. He also showed me how to relieve migraines/headaches at home.
