Took in a high quality laptop with a power problem from both DC power ports. Requested in-depth…read moretroubleshooting and the company sent the system off to another company for board repair. Notified the motherboard had damage to the CPU pins (which is not a common occurrence at all since the CPU never moves). Notified the HSC employee I would like either the company with the device or themselves to ensure the components were placed back in their appropriate locations. While the employees were polite, I received the computer back with the shell, all boards, 4 extra ram sticks (RAM and SSDs removed prior), cpu and gpu thrown in a box loosely without any ESD bags. I expressed my disontentment at that point to the owner and left.

That shop did a great job at a very reasonable price. This shop is honest, as fast as they can be, and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend them.
