During our return, I get a call from my bank. I was informed that the agreed upon price was different from what I was told. When I addressed it (bank on the phone), I was given excuses. So I request another vehicle under my budget -keep in mind that my bank was looking at the same website and assisting me with what was in my budget. Each time, the manager sent Jermaine back with either a higher price or something used with high mileage. But never with what we requested and required. I arranged to have an Uber to pick us up. I returned the keys and car. Buyer: make sure that you have your terms and conditions exactly as YOU want them to be. Do a trial run with your "soon-to-be" vehicle. Research everything yourself. Do the math. And don't be afraid to walk away. It's a major investment and YOUR MONEY. Be prepared and careful. Jermaine, thank you for trying. Best wishes.

They will not stand behind their online price, then will add unnecessary fees once you get to dealership. Finally made a deal with them over the phone today, was told to drive back over to sign paperwork. Left to drive to College Station and 30 minutes into the drive received a text that car had sold. Would definitely advise to steer away from Jermaine as well, he is simply a messenger and had zero sales skills, definitely did not represent us and take care of business. Question their added fees and they will remove them, don't let them sucker you into overpaying. They will definitely try to pull a fast one on you.

Is there anything more you can share about this place? College Station Ford "I cannot recommend College Station Ford enough. Car repairs are usually a stressful, exhausting experience filled with lots of anxiety, but this team completely changed my perspective. From the moment I walked in, Lucas was incredibly straightforward and knowledgeable. He listened to exactly what my concern was and fixed my truck, respected my budget, and didn't try to push any unnecessary recommendations but did let me know what I need to do for my 60k service. The price I was given up front was exactly what was on the final invoice, no added fluff, no extra anything when cashing out with the cashier Ashley. Even after the service, they followed up to make sure I was completely happy with my service on my F-150.. If you are tired of being treated like you do not matter and want an honest, stress-free service experience, go see the service team at College Station Ford!"

Look at all the one star reviews. Here is my experience at College Station Ford. I bought my F-150…read morefrom a different Ford dealership out of state. A large, top notch, professionally run dealership. It's a night and day difference here. A couple years ago, I took my 2020 F-150 in for a routine oil change. They called me when it was done, and told me that there had been an accident back there. They had crashed my truck. Somehow, from the garage to the parking lot they managed to literally drive it into something and smash the front bumper and take out the lights. (It was paid for under warranty). Another review said they left their car for service and found a cup of old alcohol in it. Makes me wonder. Also makes me wonder if they care who they hire. So when I got the truck back, there was a super obvious deep dent right in the middle of the driver side door. No one knows anything about that of course. They take it back again for more repair. I could not believe my eyes when I got it back from "repair". It looked every bit as bad as it did before, if not worse. The dent was still there, maybe it was a little less deep, but this time the paint did not match at all! It was a dark gray almost black, on a medium flat gray. It was a complete joke. They explained that it was an attempt to fix without having to replace the entire door. I don't know why they'd even think it was acceptable to present it back to me. It was that bad. I politely demanded an entire new door. I waited again. Keep in mind they really did not want to give me loaner vehicles either, which is an unheard of level of tacky for a dealership in this situation. I got the loaners but not until I told them I absolutely needed a vehicle, especially since it wasn't my fault I was in this position in the first place. By the time I finally got my truck back, I think it was maybe around a month. I recall it taking a long time. Then... it came time to pay off the lease. The dirty finance manager overcharged me by I think it was almost $2000. I caught it and ended up calling the store manager, who told me they'd have it taken care of. I found out he gave it to the finance guy to handle his problem that came around to bite him in the rear, and by that time I'm sure neither he or I wanted to see each other so he left me a check at the front desk. You know it's bad when the local dealership is a reason you're looking into a different make of car next time... Seriously. You can't even make this stuff up. I'm using the warranty for service, but after it's over I will never go there again.

My experience with Allen Honda in College Station was extremely disappointing, and I feel others…read moreshould know before taking their vehicle there. I had my car towed to the dealership because a low oil pressure warning light came on. The car was running perfectly fine--no engine noise, no rough idle, and no signs of major engine damage. About a day later, I was told the car needed a completely new engine. I was also told that Honda's factory warranty would not cover the repair because of an alleged "over-rev" condition. However, they could not provide any date or time showing when that supposedly occurred or prove it happened while I owned the vehicle. The car was purchased used but is still covered under Honda's factory warranty. What surprised me most was that, from what I was told, no meaningful diagnostics were performed beyond scanning the vehicle for codes. Despite that, they were confident enough to deny the warranty, quote me over $11,000 for a new engine, and charge me $165 for a diagnostic fee. I had the car towed back home, replaced the oil pressure sensor, changed the oil, and the low oil pressure warning disappeared. The car continues to run normally. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Allen Honda in College Station. If you're told your vehicle needs a major repair, especially one that isn't covered under warranty, I strongly encourage you to get a second opinion and stay away from this dealership.

He installed larger tires and 6 " lift kit, front clay rack, mag-jak grill, handle for passenger (elderly parent) to embark and a folding box rack for the rear when seat folded down as well as rear hold bar. Best of all was paying the extra money to have the 6 batteries removed (their price taken off my total cost) and replaced with a lithium battery. It is basically maintenance free and gives room under the seat for carrying smaller tools. I have owned this for 2 years now and only issue is the windshield cracked due to rough handling on my part. We live on acreage with sandy soil. I am able to use this to carry water to plants (30 gal barrel), put a 25 gal sprayer on the back for fence maintenance, haul limbs, carry large tools and haul feed out to livestock. I used old pvc pipe zip tied to railings to carry shovel, rakes, sprayer nozzle and wasp spray!! I have gotten stuck twice, once in DEEP sand and once in the muck. Pulled out by truck or tractor. The one drawback is that it does not have any pulling power, whether to pull a mower or to pull large limbs to burn pile. But it does all that I wanted, especially able to take my mom out and about. Because it is so quiet, my husband will use it instead of his Polaris to go hog hunting! Thanks Blake!
