I just wanted to brag about my car buying experience at your dealership yesterday. I worked with one of your sales guys, Patrick Byford, and let me just say it was the best experience I have had buying a car ever!!! He had one of the best personalities and made the experience fun and easy going, rather than nerve racking and scary. I even came during your Christmas party in which he was eating with his son and he still got up to help me even when I told him to go sit down and eat. He made sure the car was at least pulled up and ready for me to view and had another guy, Michael, (he was also amazing!) help with the test drive and some paperwork. Patrick went above and beyond, answered all questions and worked with me until the payments were around what I wanted. I have never had so many laughs and have never felt so comfortable when buying a car. I have bragged about this dealership and especially this sales person to friends and family and will most definitely come back to buy another car from you guys! Even the sales people in the lobby that weren't helping me with this sale were friendly and talkative. Regarding my earlier post of 11/17/2014 regarding Caldwell Toyota, I am happy to report that Charlie from Caldwell called me immediately upon posting my review and discussed all my concerns and problems. He was very concerned about my experience in the purchase of my vehicle and wanted to show he cared and wanted to rectify the problems that had arisen. He wanted me to be a happy customer and he solved all the issues and I am now a happy customer. Caldwell does care about their reputation and keeping their clients content. I have been buying Toyota's for forty years and my Caldwell experience was first class. Chip, the salesman knew what he was doing and was very good in all aspects of the sale and after sale delivery of the vehicle. I did have to negotiate and little longer than I would have liked but the end result was a very fair deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Their service after the sale from my experience has been first rate. I am not a person to say nice things about a company unless my experience has earned them the rating. Just bought a new Camry from Caldwell. The sales people were all very friendly and helpful. No hassle or pressure from the salesman. Felt very at ease during the transaction. Everything about the sale was fully explained. The operation of the vehicle was carefully gone over with me. Got plenty of time to decide which vehicle I wanted. I had a great car buying experience at Caldwell Toyota. Chris R. was the salesman that met us on the lot and he explained the differences between the two cars I was looking at. He did not pressure us but was knowledgeable on features and specifications. When we decided to try and make a deal on a car it went great. It took just over an hour to make a deal on a vehicle. I'm a Realtor and I get a car every three years whether I want to or not. NORMALLY I absolutely HATE the whole process, leave it up to my husband and say "get me an Accord" because I don't want to deal with it. Jack Wilks made the whole process nice. I have been dealing with Caldwells since 2007 and have been happy since our first Prius, so when the Highlander hybrid came out I wanted one. It worked well till April 30 when a few puddles of water challenged the system to the point of totaling the vehicle at 50k miles. In my nervous state salesman, Joel Tomlinson, and his positive approach set me up with a vehicle on a Saturday afternoon that I eventually bought when the insurance checks came in.
