Over the years I've had this done at several different jewelry shops that I did not buy watches from and it is always for free. It's a great way to get people in the doors and interested in your product and make them feel like they're appreciated. This was not our case today and we paid $15 to have the adjustment done. It only took a few minutes because they have the proper tools and yet I felt that we were putting them out because we weren't buying product. It'll be the last time I stepped into a Kay shop anywhere in the United States.
