Cali Breeze Heating and Air is a fantastic professional company. We had another company come out and said that our whole unit needed to be replaced. They quoted an outrageous price! I called Cali Breeze for a second opinion and Cali Breeze trouble shot our system (which the other company did not do) and Cali Breeze found out what the issue was and took care of it. Just a service fee and he did a maintenance also and cleaned up our whole system. Their charge was minimal compared to the other company. I feel well taken care are and completely relieved. I was very impressed with his telephonic response and scheduled me within two days came early and was able to assess the problem at my house with the one of the two of the rooms not well cooled by the AC. He realized that we had not changed our filters so he quickly changed all three filters in the house reassessed the response to the change in the filters and we noted a difference in the temperature gradient, dropping and much more comfortable!! Davie is the best! I called several other companies and Cali Breeze could be out the quickest. This was important since my AC went out and we are having temperatures in the 90s. Davie arrived early and had the AC working in 15 minutes. He did further diagnostics and determined that the unit was functioning as it should. Best of all , he clearly and thoroughly answered all of my questions, and I had a lot. He was interested in giving great customer service not guarding "trade secrets," like others I have had out here. Our heater stopped working during a really cold week in January!! It was 58 degrees in our house. We had another company come out to check our heater and after guessing the problem, he said he would speak with a technician who made the heater and get back to us (our heater is a Lennox- apparently these are not super common and are quite complex). After not hearing back for 2 days, I called Cali Breeze. That same day Davie came out and diagnosed the problem. He also had to call a technician at Lennox and waited on hold for 2.5 hours to get through!!! No wonder the first guy who came never got back to me. He didn't have that kind of patience. Davie had the part ordered and delivered the next day. He also had it installed and working properly the same day it was part came in.
