My experience with Cali Complete was outstanding. There father and son duo are very knowledgeable and will take the time to diagnose your vehicle properly. My AC went out and I thought I would surely be paying quite a bit to get it fixed, but there were no general diagnosis like other shops of the compressor is bad so pay a large bill to fix. Instead he found 3 leaks and a bad pressor switch and had my system working better than before. AND it cost me a fraction because he was honest. I can't believe my luck! I stopped to get gas at the station adjacent to CCAC, but when I started it up again, my car's gear shift cable retainer clip came off, making it impossible to drive. After a few minutes of me trying to put it back on, one of the associates offered to help me. He put a temporary cap on the clip so I can drive my car until I go to the mechanic. Plus he tightened one of the hoses just because he noticed it was loose. I will definitely be going back to get service, they obviously care about people more than the bottom dollar.
