I went in because I needed some maintenance done on a car I just bought. I asked for an entire list of things to be changed and inspected including fuel injectors, spark plugs, shocks, brakes, brake fluid, transmission oil, engine oil and many more things. The day I dropped it off, I got the call telling me what was good and what wasn't. My experience with Cali Complete was outstanding. There father and son duo are very knowledgeable and will take the time to diagnose your vehicle properly. My AC went out and I thought I would surely be paying quite a bit to get it fixed, but there were no general diagnosis like other shops of the compressor is bad so pay a large bill to fix. Instead he found 3 leaks and a bad pressor switch and had my system working better than before. AND it cost me a fraction because he was honest. I can't believe my luck! I stopped to get gas at the station adjacent to CCAC, but when I started it up again, my car's gear shift cable retainer clip came off, making it impossible to drive. After a few minutes of me trying to put it back on, one of the associates offered to help me. He put a temporary cap on the clip so I can drive my car until I go to the mechanic. Plus he tightened one of the hoses just because he noticed it was loose. I will definitely be going back to get service, they obviously care about people more than the bottom dollar.
