Been taking our Z4 to George's for years now. Highly recommend Karen the owner. He always takes the car in for service with little notice, the prices are fair and he gets the car back to us quickly. The car is now almost 10-years old so needs more maintenance, but they are professional enough to say let's wait until the prices go down as the parts are extremely expensive with the issues in the supply chain. I give this place a Zero. They said they repaired my car but didn't. I stalled on the freeway in dangerous intersection. They initially refused to refund my money and extra towing but once I arrived, I spoke with Karen and he agreed to refund me. Problem is, though he gave a receipt reflecting the refund, it never was credited to my account. I spoke with Sam, he said he spoke with bank and they sent it. In short, he did not process the refund and has refused to resolve. I had to file dispute with my bank. Don't trust them, Don't repair your car here. read more

Been going years now, I always get more then what I ask for, and many times for free or cheaper than I agreed upon, This last time it was even better, I paid less in deductible, I got an extra tiny body fix for free too. I paid to have a complete oil change, the technician did not change the oil filter. That prevented the new oil from going through the old filter. Made the check engine light come on. Would NEVER recommend this shop for service. Came in to have one tire replaced and aligned. The incompetent employee charged me for mouting two tires, messed up my rim and broke my air pressure sensor on a Tesla. George's did not accept responsibility for any of it. When I tried calling about the problems, I just got empty promises. If you don't want service that will end up costing you more, don't come to this shop. read more

Always honest and straightforward. I had a check engine light that came on and It needed to be checked out. I came at opening at 8 AM on a Saturday. He was able to check my car right away and told me there was an issue with the engine. However he advised me to go to the dealer so that my car can be fixed for free while under the warranty. I appreciated that he checked the check engine light for free and did not take advantage of me. He went out of his way to recommend I get it fixed for free instead of trying to charge me. I have been going to a friend of the family's in the past but the way my friend raved about their work, I felt like I needed to check them out. And I am SO glad I did. Karin and the team are professional, HONEST, and extremely kind, they even gave me a ride!
