We brought him in at 13 weeks to the EveryPup Program, where he is in a clean and disinfected facility with other safe and healthy pups and he gets training every day by Dave. Almost from day 1 we started noticing huge changes, and he matured so rapidly it's like we have a different dog! He is very calm, polite and attentive, and has been able to self-regulate so well. Dave is always available for our questions and follow ups, and he sends over progress notes and photos every day from training sessions. We also would ask him about problem behavior such as counter surfing or jumping up on people to greet, and Dave would target those specific behaviors as well. We also appreciated how fast and quickly they acted on our puppy swallowing something he shouldn't have, and immediately gave him some hydrogen peroxide to get him to throw it up, which saved us from extremely expensive and likely traumatic vet visits and possible surgery. Very grateful! Every day we pick up our puppy he is so happy from a day of playing and getting love from all the staff, and is tired and ready for some cuddles and naps when he gets home. The staff here are so caring and really love each dog, I trust them to take care of our puppy. Highly recommend!

Also my husband works from home, which wasn't ideal for his work productivity or the puppy's enrichment. Our dog is so much better off than he would've been without EveryPup. The owner Dave gives us updates after each session, including videos when requested so we can mimic Dave's techniques. Dave is always available for clarifications. He responds quickly to texts and calls. The staff is nice and friendly. The hours are great. They're always open including holidays (?!) I'm glad to know there's a place we can board Watson if we ever go on vacation. At one point, another pup scratched Watson under the eye, and I appreciated that Dave was up front about it, cleaned it, and answered our questions; the cut is healing up just fine. Watson even made a new best friend at EveryPup, and we will be meeting up for a puppy play date soon!

I took him to the vet and they had put him on antibiotics, they gave him steroids and allergy shots and it's still 16 days after and his paws are not healed and my puppy is getting worse and lots and lots of vet bills. We've been bringing our pups to the Jamboree location for quite a while, and up until the beginning…read moreof this year, we had nothing but positive experiences. Last year, we brought them frequently and always felt confident leaving them there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility felt clean, and our dogs always seemed happy to be there. That's why it's so disappointing to see how much things have changed since the ownership transition. Since the change in ownership, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. The staff no longer feels as friendly or approachable. While there are still a few kind employees, several team members come across as cold and unhelpful, making drop-off feel uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating. It no longer feels like the warm, welcoming environment it once was. We've also noticed the facility doesn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. Our dogs consistently come home smelling strongly of urine after daycare. We occasionally check the live cameras throughout the day and frequently see urine sitting on the playroom floors for extended periods before being cleaned up. If messes in the common play areas are left unattended, it raises concerns about how often the kennels are being cleaned when the dogs are resting. Combined with the odor our dogs come home with, it has made us question the overall cleanliness of the facility. Another noticeable change is how little time our dogs now seem to spend in the play areas. We'll pay for a half-day of daycare, and by the time we pick them up, we're lucky if they've spent more than 30 minutes interacting with other dogs. The majority of their visit appears to be spent kenneled. We choose daycare because we want our dogs to have a safe, clean environment where they can socialize and play. If they're spending most of their visit in a kennel, it's difficult to justify paying for daycare when they could be comfortably resting at home in a cleaner environment for free. Customer service has also become frustrating. Recently, one of our dogs came home without his collar. We didn't realize it until we got home, so we called the facility and were told someone would call us back because they were too busy at the moment. We never received a callback. After calling several more times over the next few days without getting an answer, we ultimately had to drive to the facility ourselves just to ask about and retrieve the collar. Pickup has also become much slower than it used to be, often requiring a long wait before our dogs are brought out. We're genuinely disappointed because we loved this location for a long time and trusted the team with our pets. Unfortunately, since the ownership change, we've experienced a noticeable decline in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall level of care. We hope these concerns are taken seriously because we'd love to see this location return to the high standard that made us loyal customers in the first place.

Zack was completely awesome through and through. My dog and another were first-timers, so Zack walked us through all the ground rules and what to expect. I loved that he doesn't force the dogs to go in the water, but also doesn't just let them avoid it. He noticed my dog was just having fun running AROUND the pool, but wouldn't try and swim, just splash on the shallow part. So he would go and get him and baby-step him into the deep side. It was so refreshing to see! I love how considerate it is. The staff is also all so great and nice. The facility is impressive and well-thought out. I love it. I can't wait to bring my dog back and I'm sure he's looking forward to his next swim session!

Once in the anti-room, she greets the staff member and goes to the door that leads to the yard patiently waiting for her to open the door. She looks back like saying "see you later" and she's off. My husband & I are fully convinced that it would be next to impossible to find a more competent and compassionate vet, who truly cares about his pet patients and their owners. We learned that Dr. Andrew even purchases smaller needles for the vaccines, so pets don't feel what could be painful. His calm demeanor, along with his caring assistants, make for a perfect setting for what could sometimes prove to be an unpleasant visit. To top it off, Dr Andrew is a good listener and a good communicator. He is collaborative in his approach and respects our wishes.
