Multiple broken pieces on display and if you dont notice it they will still sell it to you , on top of that wont work with you at all to hook you up on the next one , younger girl that works there is tight , older lady tho, trash , lacks any form of skill related to the business . Terrible shop, just came in to purchase a product and it shatters on me from normal use within two hours of my purchase. Molten glass burning my skin. Called shop and basically told me I'm out of luck and they won't replace the product or refund it. Highly DO NOT recommend spending your $ or time at a shop that treats their customers that way. read more

Best smoke shop in Redlands for sure. They have everything and the best prices. Workers are all super friendly and helpful. They have bomb exotic sodas and snacks as well. To miss dumb Deanna down there, yes of course there are the fair share of drunk homeless people outside at night but that's how this little complex has ALWAYS been so if you're scared of a few homeless people chilling outside take your butt to downtown redlands where you will be spending 2x the price :) read more

Not professional! It felt like O was at the swap meet. 3 drink homeless guys out front. One approached me & I told him no really loud & the security guard at the smoke shop didn't blink an eye! Then some other drunk weirdos pulled up to get something at the liquor store! Then another guy pulled up bumping his stereo crazy loud. I won't risk my life just to get a pack of smokes their ever again. Sorry guys! read more

DONT COME HERE. I went to buy a torch and got home come to find out it doesn't work and it's defective. Obviously that's not mine or the person who sold it to me faults. But they didn't wanna exchange it or give me a refund and I had to buy a new with only half off. The least they could've done is exchange it. Like I said it's not my fault. read more

If I could give 0 stars then I would. We went in the other day to check it out and the person working there was not knowledgable at all about any of the products, not even the prices. Then there was a girl just hanging around, not buying anything just there talking to the employee. There was also some guy hanging out also. At first I thought maybe it was security but then the employee motioned the guy to go to the back (not sure if he even worked there or not). I'm quite disappointed because in a smoke shop I'm expecting the employees to be extremely knowledgeable about the products that are being shown to me. But if they don't even know what cones are, then this isn't the shop for me. Seems more like a hangout spot than a smoke shop. read more

This man could be the owner, he has a strong Indian accent, I doubt he had his name visible anyway. He tells me this is the law & i wasn't not giving ID, I'm 26 that's understandable I look younger, I was actively grabbing it, I know though he was not being truthful and instead told me it's a "NEW" law. I said yes it must be because he's the first to ever do that, PRIOR to the purchase. He couldn't even bother to say hello. Once he confirmed it I went and continued cause I needed what I needed. Another person walks in and suddenly this law doesn't apply. Just be honest and say hey you looked younger, that's so unprofessional.

Huge humidor, with 90% of the boxes empty. Most of the cigars actually in stock are unknown house sticks. The cigars are dry. Very dry. Straw hay kind of dry. It was so sad to see cigars in that condition. If you plan to smoke there, you have to purchase two cigars or a cigar and a drink. They only had water and coffee. ??? If you're going to make that a requirement, you should stock a bit of an array. The lounge chairs are all similar in status...old and run down. The TV was "locked" and the employee working said he could call the manager to get it unlocked...whatever that means. The cell service was abysmal (we were on AT&T) and while the employee started streaming music, it would play for a couple seconds and pause for even longer...leading me to believe there wasn't WiFi available. To be fair, we didn't ask. I'm sure at one point, this was a great place. It isn't anymore. I've been to many lounges and this was the most run down I've ever encountered.

Shopped for a few hours (I know but once you see it, you will understand) then we all sat down for lunch at linen covered tables and shared different chef's food and what we had found! If not, no problem, you can easily park near the buildings nearby and just walk over, which I did. The Citrus Blossom Market hosts several vendors selling their crafts and food near the Edwards Mansion. This is outdoors so depending on the weather, you may or may not enjoy being outside. I just loved browsing through to see all the handcrafted items because you never know, you just might find that one thing that you absolutely need for your home or garden. The vendors are friendly and will answer any question that you may have. Don't forget to check out the food trucks as well. My favorite one is the Filipino one with their take on Filipino classics. You won't regret trying them.

Happy I stopped! Awesome smoke shop. Just recently moved near the area and needed a new local smoke shop and came across this one. I believe I met the owner and she was very kind and SUPER helpful. I've been wanting a new tall b0ng and she helped me find exactly what I wanted. She also did let me know if I ever needed anything specific, to let her know and she would try to bring in product. Thought I'd check out this smoke shop since its kind of new & had inviting music playing outside. I found the cutest bongs & pipes here ! They had ones with different characters, silicone, glass, plus interchangeable bowls! Staff is great ! Greeted us immediately.
