I knew right away that this was going to be a very mild mildly spicy dish. It actually had a bit of sweetness to it, but my favorite part was how creamy it was. There were a few chunks of chicken served with Basmati rice. Some naan cut in half was also included. This was perfect for my appetite, but if I were absolutely famished, I would probably order another side dish or appetizer. I had a little bit of that struggle too, but honestly, that's how you know you might be in the right place for truly authentic Mexican food. One small suggestion: it would be helpful if the menu had a little more English explanation, pictures, or item numbers to make ordering easier for both customers and staff. Overall, this is the kind of true hidden gem you hope to find in a small town. I would definitely take a detour to come back here whenever I'm in the area again.
