I had a little bit of that struggle too, but honestly, that's how you know you might be in the right place for truly authentic Mexican food. I also felt like it was partly my fault for not doing enough research before ordering. But we figured it out, and the food was more than worth it. One small suggestion: it would be helpful if the menu had a little more English explanation, pictures, or item numbers to make ordering easier for both customers and staff. When picking the food up I have to take a picture of the receipt to show I have the correct order. I asked him where the receipt was and he said he threw it in the trash. I told him I needed the receipt and he told me it was on the bag inside the larger bag which was stapled shut. I asked him to take the receipt out of the trash so I could at least take a picture and he replies, "no, I'm okay." I also teach music in our public schools snd it's the same attitude that I get from my kindergarten and first grade classes! I eventually had to open the bag, take the receipt off of the other bag to take a picture, and then ask him to staple the bag back together. I, once again, got the comment, "no, I'm okay!" The manager (at least she acted as though she was the manager) stapled the bag back together and told me I needed to be nicer to her employee!
