Because I had a…read morevery bad experience in this place, the service is very bad and they only care about money, they had my car for almost 21 days, and when they delivered it to me, they had put pieces of a different color to my car, they had changed the camera system of my mirror and they did not even configure it or checked if it worked correctly. I had to return the car and after several days I called them and they told me that It was ready and they hadn't painted the piece, then, in the afternoon they told me they had not painted it because they wanted my insurance to pay them again for the work they does wrong. At the end of all this nightmare, I had to take my car to another Place to fix what they don't, and when I arrived at that other place, they found many things wrong, a horrible experience, I don't recommend this place at all, better to look for assistance from a serious and professional place! What I appreciated is that my contact (José) always answered the phone and gave me a detailed update every time I called. He went out of his way to source the back ordered part from a dealer in Sawgrass and chase the other dealers for the right parts. A lot of places in Miami would just ignore you if things were delayed, and I'm sure it would have taken twice as long without him pushing things along.

He is an excellent talker; a great con-man, but truly does not care about you at all and is just trying to get as much money out of you, even with all of his "discounts." I came here for an oil change and he said that all of the fluids were checked and filled, but the windshield washer was empty when I left. He said that there was a leak in my transmission fluid, and to come back every month to fill it up because it was a sign my transmission was going. I was paranoid that I would need a new transmission. I was feeling salty about him lying about the windshield fluid so I didn't go back for a top off. Instead, when I needed some other work done I found a great shop through yelp called LEON'S GARAGE and took it there. Denis at Leon's checked the fluid and it was still full, but because of this concern Mitch at Longlife planted, Denis at Leon's recommended I take it to Quality Transmissions. Quality Transmissions test drove it with the computer/sensor plugged in and there was NOTHING wrong with the transmission. Shame on you, Mitch at Longlife!

I was recommended to Adamo by a local auto shop. I arrived without an appointment two hours before…read moreclosing, desperate to have a loud noise checked out, and was welcomed by such a nice team. John Sr. (the owner) and one of his mechanics immediately came to the rescue. After a few minutes of running diagnostic tests, I was told my front left wheel bearing needed to be replaced. I was given a thorough explanation of the issue and quoted a very reasonable price for the job. I ended up getting the replacement done the same day. There was constant communication throughout the process. At one point, John Sr. came out into the waiting room to tell me they were having difficulty taking out the wheel speed sensor since it was so rusted. He took me to the back, showed me the actual sensor and told me I may have to replace it at an additional cost if the sensor gets damaged during separation. We unfortunately had to replace the sensor, but I so appreciated seeing the lengths they took to keep me in the loop. My car is now good as new. This is the first auto shop I have had a fantastic experience at from start to finish. If you are looking for a professional and honest team, look no further. They offer warranty for their services and even told me to stop by for a complimentary check if I am ever worried about something. Will be recommending this shop to all my friends and family in the area.
