Hit and Run! My feeling of newer car that feeling was taken away by a "Hit and Run" while parked at work. How somebody can destroy your property and take off? How do you find a shop in Miami? Internet? Reviews? All of the above! Talk about a carnival atmosphere! I was afraid to go and make my car look even worse. Where to go? Where do the insurance companies go? What do they expect? Insurance companies avoid problems by their nature. I found some interesting things that separate the "Full Service Auto Collision Center" from the "Churn and Burn Auto Shops" that make you afraid to take any chance. Insurance companies don't want just company appearance but company substance. This is what I found: I-Car Collision Repair Certification is mandated by many of the Insurance Companies - It is one of the highest designations in the industry. Not only are they "I-Car Certified", but they have fifteen years of experience and they deal with all the major insurance companies - I don't want to just say they are good -They Are. Customers are not left to fend for themselves - they have a wide range of loaner car options that work with any insurance claim or a discounted car rental plan that allows "Non-Insurance Claim" Customers to not miss a beat in their daily routine. I saw the jobs that they were doing from the major to the minor. I got a strong positive feeling from the first time I walked into the shop. I saw all the industry certifications and I felt like an old customer even though it was my first time there; I saw that they were organized, clean, and very professional. AMAZING WORK! Having had my recently purchased Black 2018 Silverado broken into and vandalized, I was extremely weary of whom to leave the vehicle with for repair. I have seen so many terrible repairs and did not want to fall victim to one. The first two places I visited gave me such a terrible feeling, I almost postponed my repair altogether. At Doral Elite I knew my truck was in great hands immediately. Since the moment I got there Yorvan attended me. He was very knowledgeable about what my repair entailed and how much it would cost me. After seeing some of the repairs on other vehicles there, I would have paid any amount to have them do the same work for me. I picked my truck up three days later. They fixed the damage on the door, exchanged the door handle and lock, whatever mechanism was vandalized and broken, and repainted the door. I was pleased to find out that some of the parts were salvageable and they significantly reduced my initial quote. I received a pristine truck. I can honestly say I keenly inspected every part of the truck and repair at least 5 times, and there is no sign of ever having it repaired or tampered with. I met Mr.Avo Manuel from Doral Elite from his already amazing reviews ,looking for a honest and trustworthy shop to fix a minor problem with the body trim of my vehicle , immediately i felt at ease with Avo because of his honesty in fixing the problem for me and explained what other Body Shops in Miami-Dade failed to teach me and not charge me because of my ignorance of the situation, a lot of details are not explained to vehicle buyers today on the complexity of vehicle with all these high tech gadgetry , that if not done the right way can end up in the person coughing up hundreds of unnecessary dollars to fix the vehicle , Doral Hyundai sold me an accident vehicle not notified neither thru CarFax nor auto check when i bought vehicle ,aftermarket cosmetic parts where used and by mere coincidence because my daughter ran over a bump the front passenger side came apart at the seams of the fender and front bumper and that's how we found was had been done , learn a lot with Avo being straight foward , this is truly an Elite Shop and awesome staff , high end vehicles all around and only can say to Mr. Avo THANK YOU!!! , and may our God creator bless you and your loved ones. read more

When my AC broke, I hesitated to and get it repaired because of "Dealer Fear". Every time I take my car to the dealer - They try to upsell me to the most expensive repair alternatives possible. Or, this last time even better, the "Low Ball" offer for trading in my car to get a new one. Everything has a cost and I don't mind spending money - But, its the "Upsell, Doom, Gloom, and The We Don't Need Your Business Experience" that made me avoid getting the car's AC compressor changed for multiple years. I am eventually planning on selling my car - But, a major sticking point has always been the AC - So, I brought my car to "Doral Elite Collision Center" - It was a totally different experience from the dealer - I had my car's AC repaired - They even washed my car. There are some minor scatches that need to be touched up too. I plan to come back. Thank you for making me fall in love with my car again. I needed repair work with scrapes, dents and alignments adjustments on several panels on my 2014 Chrysler 300 S. I was in Chicago at the time, so I had to go with previous reviews on where to go. I had my mother take the car to meet up with Avo. Through my mother and direct phone correlation with Avo, I was able to communicate exactly what I wanted done with my baby. Avo took pictures of my car and emailed me those photos with editing to show me exactly what was going to be done. Long story short, I arrive to Miami and I am able to pick up my car the day it was scheduled to be picked up. I was absolutely stunned. My baby looked like she was born again from the factory. I had a slightly bent right rear bumper on my Ford F-150. As soon as I arrived at he shop, Evo ( the owner) came out and took a look at it and gave me the option of having the bumper straightened out at a reasonable price or replacing all the damaged parts. I opted for straightening the bumper which Evo took care of in just a few hours. The bumper now looks like it never had been bent. Evo saved me a considerable amount of money by giving me the options that he did. With most of our car's front bumper nearly scraping against the road, I called late afternoon that same day to see if they could take us, and they told us to come on in. Within 45 mins, they had the bumper back on as if nothing happened. The staff were all friendly and asked if we needed anything while we waited.
