I am usually ok with the weed that sell, but this last time set me back $200+. This last purchase was just a week or so ago and I usually purchase 4-5 ounces at a time. This last purchase was for 2oz of Gorilla Glue, Green Crack and Gelato 41 smalls. I would smoke a bud out of each ounce and this time around they were not what I expected. I know that this is the Costco for weed and people have said that their weed sucks, but I told them that I am usually ok/fine with it. Well, this is a total buzz kill for me. When I try each strain that I get I decide if it is worth adding to my weed salad and unfortunately these recent strains tasted nasty and the worst one was the gorilla glue which tasted like it was some sort of chemical and the Gelato was eh as for the green crack didn't hit or taste like it usually does. The sativa is what I use during the day to help me get through my day and I make my weed salad with the quality weed that I get grind and mix them together and come out with some amazing weed salad that helps me with the pain and discomfort from back and leg pain and pain from the cancer and recently had a heart attack so I really really strong pot. I don't only rely on cali express for my weed . I buy ounces from elemental wellness, purple lotus, Harborside and whenever I travel around in state I would always purchase weed just to see what else is out there and I would add it to the salad mix and it would add a little something something to the salad. Has anyone ever complained to them about the weed tasting like chemicals or just flat out dank/gross? They will ignore all my calls, texts and emails until the following day and then send a text blaming the phone system or the previous manager. They don't even bother apologizing either. Do not order from this company at all. As a medical marijuana, patient I have never had an experience as negative as this one. I was a first time patient and they did not order the first time. Patient deal in my order was being processed and packaged I did not receive a call text or email stating that their products were out of stock. I placed the order at around 3 o'clock and I did not receive it until around 645 or 7 PM for hours later. I only received notice that some of the products were out of stock when I got a call from the driver stating that she would be 20 minutes away. She said that she had enough substitutes to equate to what I had Ordered, she was in a rush so I wasn't able to check my order due to Covid standard. My order was supposed to be $119.09 but when they got here, the order ended up being $133 for what I do not know because she said that it would be the same price as the order that I have placed. When I was able to check the order and I realized that they didn't give me a majority of the stuff that I had nor did they honor the deal a 50% off I had tried to call them and when someone answered I was hung up on and blocked because now I cannot get a hold of them. This is one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had and I went through Weedmaps and most of the reviews are good. Since I cannot get a hold of them to do an exchange or a refund, I contacted my bank and they even said to not purchase through them because they said that it was sketchy that the purchase showed up as an ATM withdraw and not a purchase. I had to go and get a new card and everything and shut off the one that I have because of this business being negligent and possibly fraudulent using a switch and bait scheme. Do not waste your money or time with this business it is not worth it. As someone who has medical disabilities that cause chronic pain, I would expect from my time and my money to be respected, but this is not the place to go for that at all.
