THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE OWNER I POSTED ON GOOGLE BUT HAVE NOT HEARD BACK I was referred to this shop by a family friend who frequents the Oakland Location since I myself live next to Dolores Park. Upon entry yesterday, the security guard was very friendly and informative after scanning my ID. The person who helped me (didn't catch a name but he was bald with glasses) was great aswel. The problem arrived when I got to the register. What should've been a simple transaction turned into an unprofessional and disrespectful dialogue by the short caucasian gentleman (if I would even call him that) who rang me up. When I asked about payment options. Instead of simply being told "No, we don't accept credit" I was asked if this was my first time purchasing cannabis and if I had ever stepped foot into a dispensary before since I didn't know how their procedure worked. I was implied to hurry up due to a line forming behind me, to which I walked out and didn't make a purchase. I've never felt so unimportant at a retail location in my life. I would expect this treatment from a store in a shady part of town but not from an establishment with such high reviews and high expectations. What a shame. read more

Business removed my review after responding, saying that they called me to rectify the issue, which never happened. Never give this company your business. Shady, shady people with no good faith in the way they deal with people. Delivery is always a tossup. Be prepared to pay a different amount than you were quoted on the receipt. In addition, even though they say that they can handle debit, they can't. They only take cash. I have spent thousands of dollars at this company and now they would prefer to lose a returning customer over 1 missing cartridge. I have ordered many times from this place but some orders have been wrong. Two orders ago, my order was missing a 1g Mezcal Sour cartridge that I had already paid for. I mentioned it to dispatch and they said that they would add it to my next order, free of charge. I mentioned it in my next order notes and saw it was online, but my delivery driver, Christian, said that it wasn't in stock. Please either stop hiring liars or fix your inventory management. Either way, for one cartridge, that I paid for that has been missing for two deliveries, I will be bringing my business elsewhere. I stopped here about a month ago while visiting SF for the day. Finding parking was not easy but it I guess you can park in the Safeway lot behind the shop. I was shopping for some cartridges and inexpensive pre-rolls. I asked the bud tender where t​he pre-rolls i​ ​was looking for were located and he sorta pointed with his nose from behind the counter. i made my selections, grabbed the items myself and proceeded to the cash register with a total of about $103. What happened next was sorta shocking to say the least. when the bud tender t​urned the screen around, The tip screen was set to 10% making my total a whopping $113! Luckily i found the custom amount button and lowered it to $5 which is still to high for t​he services​ ​​I received. I k​now times are hard but I dont think its ok to juice customers for extra cash when taxes are already high and the service provided is so low quality. lets be honest a 99% self service shop should not be expecting any tips. Especially if they want to base it on a taxed amount. I dont believe that is fair practice. Would I visit again? with so many options in SF, probably not​. Maybe just for the under $5 inexpensive pre-rolls, if i was pressed for time. I stopped buying here years ago due to so many problems: rude employees who appear to hate being there, limited products, high prices, and they will ALWAYS charge you a higher Total in the store than on your online order, so you never are really sure about the Total price. Good luck with figuring out if they recognized their own sale prices and gave you the correct change! An unsympathetic Super there explained that the online price is lower because a 3rd party does their web site and doesn't know what to charge for taxes. Weak excuse, and it didn't explain why the employee didn't know to include my senior discount and other sale prices. I went to buy a .5 cart for medicinal use, even though the sale price still was more expensive than most of the 1 gram carts at The Green Cross on Mission St.. They have free off street parking near the Filiipino market, and everyone is friendly and helpful, and they will give you a nice welcome bag when you first buy there. Urbana is almost always an unpleasant experience I don't wish to ever again repeat! With so much competition in the city, Urbana doesn't appear to care about customer retention. read more

You have security in the front with checks your ID and a worker who welcomes you and assist with explaining the store. Then you are welcome to walk around. We were there looking for a pain cream for joint pain and the staff was really helpful in explaining the products, which made it a lot easier to explain for the older relative I was purchasing it for. Daryl is the best! Everyone at Harvest is really, but it's always a pleasure to interact with Daryl as he's always so warm and professional - again not that others aren't - a true class act. The new California laws make running a dispensary pretty difficult, what with all the rules on packaging, what patients can touch, be they medical or non. That said, the staff at this Harvest make it appear effortless. After my favorite dispensary closed, I was searching for a dispensary that was easy to get to and had vegan edibles and a good variety of cbd oil. To agree with another review, "their money handling practices are super shady." And my purchase was rushed and I was not told or repeated back to me what I was buying... very unusual for dispensaries in general, and especially since there was no one in line either. I am a loyal customer who goes here pretty often and haven't had many issues... I went in and bought a Himalaya cartridge and was getting the deal BOGO $1. I was purchasing 2 and by accident I picked up a gram box. I went to pay for four 0.5g and was charged $109. Thinking to my myself whoa this is really expensive. stepped outside to look at the receipt and realized what had happened, went right back in to ask to exchange the gram for a different gram as I don't care to much for hybrids and much prefer indica or was open to returning it for a 0.5g. The man working the counter not only proceeded to speak to me and make me feel stupid for accidentally grabbing the wrong box even though they all look the same but he proceeded to tell me that I should pay attention to what I'm buying. I was so taken aback and really just shocked and frustrated. More than anything I understand policy however It hadn't even been a minute since the transaction as the guy reminded me that he remembered from a second ago. Truly poor customer service and not handled well in my opinion. Fortunately not all of the employees are like this. This is my favorite pot store. It makes me happy every time I go and that's not because I get stoned. I have yet to do that there though there is a lounge in the back. The employees are super nice, accommodating, and knowledgable. The products they carry are top-notch for all tastes. There are smokeable, vapable, edible, drinkable, cream spreadable, teas, you name it and it's all high quality. I am a 50something mom. You don't need to be a hipster kid to go here and nobody is going to treat you like you don't count. On the contrary, they will go out of their way to guide whether you want to sleep, reduce pain, enjoy sex more (yes there is a female alternative to viagra and they have it- one called "arouse" and one called "passion"), calm your nerves, or be creative. Even if your vape or your cartridge you bought there suddenly stops working, go there and ask for help. They will fix it on the spot or replace it. A nice young man taught me how to fix the cartridge easily so the next time that happened, I didn't need to go back. Even the security guard is warm and friendly- every single time- and it's not always the same guy. When I am at Harvest off Mission, I can't help but smile. That is because my 15-year-old self is sitting on my shoulder grinning like an idiot thinking "Man, I knew it could be like this!". That does not mean I am glad I discovered pot at a young age. I wish I hadn't. It's not good for developing brains (oh how smart I might be) but for us adults with varying symptoms and desires, it can be incredibly useful. I stopped smoking pot at a pretty young age too- never knew how it would make me feel and often it was disappointing. It almost always just made me feel like sleeping in a pizza. I started going to Harvest before the legalization, and everyone was so nice then! They've changed the staff around and now I only see a couple of the old faces. All the new staff are sooo rude. They have ridiculous rules which are not new, but now they are way more uptight about enfourcing them. It's ridiculous that I have to be treated like a baby and have a staff member hand me a product in order for me to look at it. I have to examine what I might PURCHASE while they stare me down like I'm gonna steal it. They literally stalk you as you try to shop. Last and final time I was there, they told my boyfriend he needed a medical card in order to purchase a certain product. Then another staff member came and said it was ok. Then at check out, they overcharged him for said product. When my mom was trying to help my BF out as people often try to take advantage of him, the cashier rudely told her to go outside!!! I couldn't believe he talked to my mom like that, especially when the mistake was on their end. Not to mention we have been long time customers and the staff used to recognise us when we came in. I've been going to this spot since it was Bernal Heights Collective which used to be my absolute favorite club in the city. I was sad when it was bought out but ended up pleasantly surprised with Urbana. The staff is so friendly and makes me feel super welcomed when I walk in, I remember one time one of the deals they had going on wasn't applied, when I came back after I noticed it, they fixed it without any issue or complaints. This was my first-ever visit to any dispensary while in San Francisco. I've been looking into high CBD products to help with pain/discomfort WITHOUT the psychoactivity/high that comes with THC. I had conducted research on my own and dabbled in high CBD products shipped to me (legal in all 50 states) before my visit to the dispensary. I don't have a medical marijuana card and was NOT looking to get high recreationally so no THC products for me, thank you very much. Overall, it was an intimidating process not yet having experienced a dispensary. Upon arrival, the friendly security checked my ID. He let me into the establishment where I had my ID checked again with the front desk, and completed paperwork. I was then handed a basket to shop and was referred to Darryl who WAS indeed knowledgeable, as other reviewers had mentioned. I expressed my concerns (NO THC, just CBD products) and what I needed it for. He was patient with me, clearly listened to my concerns, provided several product suggestions and walked me through the floor. Darryl eventually discovered that a higher CBD product exists in the market that they don't carry yet. Luckily I had it on me and he asked me to show and tell. He asked if it was ok that he shared my product with the rest of his team. None of his fellow budtenders were aware that this product existed but this now provides an opportunity for them to carry it at their stores moving forward. Long story short, I picked up a high CBD topical to target areas of pain/soreness. I frequent SF so I'll be back in a heartbeat if I'm looking for pain relief from aches and pains in the colder, windier SF weather. read more
