Instead of giving vague answers, he answered everything directly and professionally. He even checked my VIN before discussing specifications and confirmed my Rogue required an acoustic windshield. John explained that the replacement glass could come from manufacturers such as Pilkington, PGW, Fuyao, or AGC. After verifying my vehicle, he confirmed he would be installing a Pilkington acoustic windshield, which I was very happy to hear. The installation was performed at my home, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM, and John actually arrived slightly early. Steve the manager has 2 of the worst traits any employer could find in an employee. First he's completely incompetent and second he doesn't care. The level of stupidity by the people that work here could be a SNL skit. I was scheduled and tried to get a new windshield 4 different times. It was either ordered incorrectly; put on another vehicle; sent mysteriously back to warehouse; or just not there. This is after countless emails, texts and phone calls confirming the appointment and checking the windshield was at the store. I went up there 4 separate times only to leave 4 times with no windshield. Worst part safelite and Steve could give a crap. He might be the dumbest manager I've come across and doesn't understand customer service or how to begin to resolve an issue. Take my advice & go to a different glass company or at least drive to another safelite avoid this location and Steve at all costs.
