After verifying my vehicle, he confirmed he would be installing a Pilkington acoustic windshield, which I was very happy to hear. It was either ordered incorrectly; put on another vehicle; sent mysteriously back to warehouse; or just not there. This is after countless emails, texts and phone calls confirming the appointment and checking the windshield was at the store. I went up there 4 separate times only to leave 4 times with no windshield. Worst part safelite and Steve could give a crap.
