Just horrible customer service. The car wash damaged my OEM trim piece over a month ago and have yet to get a response from HQ. Have contacted them 5 times. Local employees say they can't do anything it all Goes to HQ, which is a black hole! Terrible company. You should be better. read more

I was driving to Pizza Hut to pick up lunch last Wednesday and a worker with a free car wash sign caught my attention on the side of 380. I figured why not indulge in a needed FREE car wash. When I pulled into the car wash lane I was greeted by a friendly woman who went over the benefits. I was pleased to find out they were giving away their best car wash option for free. The lady went over the monthly car wash options and car wash befits. I did sign up for their best packages on a monthly basis. They were running an introductory $10 for the first month offer. I figured why not try them out. After my car wash inspected my car and I was pleased. I have a monthly service with a hand wash car wash service. My SUV was cleaned well, not perfectly, but I was happy that they did include a tire wash and shine. I inspect my car at the vacuum area and was also please that they had multi purpose and glass cleaners and towels for me to take care of the spots the machine dishes wash well or missed. And to clean parts on the inside of my vehicle like the dash and mirrors. The vacuum suction was exceptional, but this place is brand new sonI expected nothing less. Now I didn't think for my 500th Yell review it' would have be a out a brand new car wash spot, but please go check them out and see how you like your cleaned for yourself! read more

I started going to Caliber a few months ago. I was impressed that my truck got a better wash than it did at the last car wash that I used. A few weeks ago, I noticed some small black spots on the sides of my truck. I found out that the tire cleaner is what is causing this. The tire cleaner gets sprayed on just before the drying cycle. Because of this, the dryer is blowing the tire cleaner all over the sides of my truck. If I keep going back, I will always have to ask them not to run the tire cleaner during my wash. Therefore, I will not get as good service as I could have. Why not spray on the tire cleaner at a different point in the wash? They could spray it on just before the rinse or at the beginning of the wash cycle. I decided to leave this review because of the lame way Caliber responded to my email I sent to them from their website. They did mention that this could be the tire cleaner, but they offered nothing helpful. Clearly, they know that this is happening. read more

Do better please!! I like the car wash, but it's extremely frustrating when you go through the car wash and come out and the vacuums are already turned off. The employee informed me they're set on a timer so at their exact closing time the vacuum cleaners are shut down. Would it be so difficult to at least allow a 15 minute grace period after the car wash stops to let the vacuums be used? There were literally eight people out here who could not vacuum their car. ? Set the timer to allow people to get the full value of their car wash. read more

Please beware of Caliber's Carwash Crossroads, Aubrey, TX Location. They are using your banking info to enroll you in unauthorized monthly memberships!! I went for a one-time car wash in August; checked bank statement for September and they had charged $30.99 for a membership I NEVER requested!!. In reading some of the reviews and BBB complaints, this seems to be common practice for this company. Then, they do not want to respond or make refunds. I will never again patronize Caliber's!!! There is a lawsuit against lifetime fitness bc of how hard they have made it to cancel memberships and this reminds me sooooo much of that lawsuit. I can't get ahold of anybody- no phone answer (straight to a voicemail), the website doesn't send a code to access my account, phone number doesn't accept voicemails, and the email system blocks outside emails. I went in person yesterday to cancel my membership. The attendant told me he canceled it. They tried to charge my card again this morning for the membership- even AFTER I went in person to cancel. read more

I went to this car wash about a week ago didn't notice that my side mirror was missing a black plastic piece when I came back to the business to confront and ask them did it fall off they indeed told me that it did fall off, and they went back and watch the cameras noticed that it did pop off, but they threw the piece away. I filed a claim Received an email this morning stating that they will not be covering my claim. I finally got the chance to head into this place and they definitely get the job done! The guy went through each of the packages. I'm impressed with how clean my car was in comparison to the other car wash place I just canceled with. They have a promotional thing going on because they just opened and the first month is 10 bucks. After you exit the car wash there are ample stalls to vacuum your car along with clean towels, an all purpose cleaner and glass cleaner. They even gave me a few car fresheners. All in all, it's a pretty great place. read more

Got my car washed yesterday and after I pulled into the vacuums I noticed my hood was completely scratched up, passenger side mirror was chipped, and windshield was scratched and chipped as well. I know drive through car washes pose risks, but this is extremely unacceptable in my opinion. Steer clear of this one. read more
