I was nearby and wanted a relatively quick and cheap car wash so I went here. The basic car wash was $12 and it did a nice job overall. I left with my car looking clean and shiny. It wasn't perfect, as I had a lot of dead bug spots on my car from a long cross-state drive, but it did a decent job of getting them off and the rest that was stuck, I was able to get using the rags and cleaner at the vacuum station. The vacuum station is really nice. The vacuums are powerful and they have them on each side, making it so much easier than dragging it over my car, which most other places I have to do. I did not see one of those mat machines but they had the powerful air spray which helped with cleaning the mats. Overall, it's a good spot but do not expect perfection. It doesn't clean the grill of the car well but it did clean the rest of my car well. I really liked how soapy it gets too going through the car wash. read more

The attendant just flagged me through without checking my wheel placement, and my car came off the track, smashing into one of the machines. While I understand vacuum use is free I feel they when they are broken or not working properly then notice should be given to the customers so they can make an informed choice before deciding to use the car wash. I visited this location recently and after I drove through the car wash I discovered most of the vacuums where not working and the few that did work did not have much sucking power. Comments from the assistant manger made be understand they the vacuums had been in this condition for quite a while. I will not return to this location. read more

This location scratched my car. There is video that shows no scratch when my car enters the wash and it is there as I am exiting. District Manager apparently said too bad nobody else had that happen. 1. This isn't a detail spot so don't ever expect your vehicle to come out spotless when going through this location. 2. An employee with a nice dodge 4 door vehicle is always parked in the handicap spot and one lady wanted to access it one day and she couldn't. This is a huge disrespect for the handicap customers and a huge disrespect point blank period. I hope the customer doesn't work for the city because that would be very bad. 3. People play their music very loud and no one ever asks them to turn it down. 4. The wash attendants just don't look happy. They appear to be all washed out. They look very unpleasant and rarely speak which is a big NO NO for customer service. 5. When they were first opened they were pretty good. Except the tire shine lasts less that a complete day so not worth paying the extra for. Still, the amenities were good. Cleaning stations were nice. Now that they have been open a few months, things have really gone downhill. There's a weird thing when you go into the tunnel the attendance spray some liquid on your car but he only ever gets the driver side which makes me wonder what that stuff is and how important it is because it never goes on the right side of your car. There are often no towels in the towel bins. The floor mat cleaner is broken and never worked well to begin with. The main wash doesn't clean as well, and they have gotten so slow. There are other problems with the machine and often times, the attendant just isn't there. There's a place down the road where you can get a good tire shine for five dollars that last almost 4 days. They're never seem to be any holdups in the line, and the vacuums are more powerful. Interesting thing is that there doesn't appear to be any difference in the levels of washes. Your car doesn't stay in the tunnel any longer for the more expensive washes. I guess you might get extra soap but without the extra time I don't see how it makes much of a difference. And again that tire shine is very disappointing. And they have been open quite some time, years. Never seen a place go downhill so quickly. read more

Not a great place for full size trucks, getting around the U-bend to enter the tunnel will require a 2-3 point turn. And when it's all done you'll notice your wheels are only slightly cleaner. And your tailgate hasn't been touched, not in the slightest. Place is ok for beating off some dirt when your in a hurry. But in no way should it be misconstrued as a quality car wash. read more

The monthly membership is well worth the price because I visit for a car wash at least once a week. The car is always clean with no leftover residue. Recently found this place on a drive to tortas locas lol I love the unlimited membership, love that they have a 1 car parking spot with vacuum cleaners on each side and love that they provide towels and cleaning supplies. AVOID THIS PLACE, highly likely your car will be damaged and they will not cover it. I purchased the unlimited membership to caliber and during a visit one of their large brushes on the drivers side was off track and literally slammed into my drivers side mirror and cracked the entire frame, i pulled over after and i was told by an employee that a claim would be opened and the damage would definitely be taken care of. I spoke with multiple managers, returning to the location multiple times for the issue for nearly 3 MONTHS! Then finally i was asked to go get a quote for the repair from two different repair companies and that caliber would cover the costs. I did as i was told and got the quotes and submitted them, coincidentally right after i sent the quotes i received a call from the store manager telling me they won't cover the repair due to the age of my car. They knew the age of my vehicle for MONTHS and choose to deny the claim right after they discovered the repair amount and offered absolutely nothing at all for the damage to my car, even had the nerve to charge me during this process a membership fee that was supposed to be paused and i was never refunded for this. Terrible experience with this company and they took no accountability at all or offered any help after denying my claim...you can't just damage people's cars from YOUR machines faulting and do absolutely nothing about it...i see multiple other reviews with the same issue, i should have listened myself...i will be escalating this issue to the better business bureau as well. read more

When I first went here the car washed cleaned my car very well. It slowly declined and left white spots everywhere. I still kept them even though the price went up. When I moved out of state. I cancelled my account which had two cars on it. They only canceled one car and continued to charge me for the second one. After going online and and emailing with corporate, who just told me to go online and fix it. The first response took them three weeks. The second responds, well I will just say I am still waiting for a response. It's been months. They refused to help me and would not refund monthly dues. The worst experience ever! I elected to take advantage of the first month discounted service to keep a rental car that I had for only 2 weeks clean in the month of August 2023. I used the service maybe 3 times that month and was still billed for September and October eventhough they did not notify me that the charges would be recurring each month even if the service is not being used. I have attempted to contact them multiple times even to their corporate office and no one ever answered. They have the worst customer service possible and this place is a scam. Buyer Beware. All though this is an automated car wash, the driver cannot simply drive up select a wash setting and go through the wash tunnel. Instead, there is an employee standing in front of the machine where wash settings are selected. Wear your mask because the driver can't get a word in while being subjected to an up-sales pitch for a "limitless plan." I paid for the most expensive wash selection. However, at no point was my car paused to allow extra time in the wash tunnel. If the other washes are less thorough, make sure you keep your seatbelt on while you're rocketed through the tunnel. When I got home and examined my car, it was nearly as dirty as when I left. There was very little difference between my pre-washed and post-washed car. If you do go, make sure you buy that limitless plan so you can circle around and go through the wash tunnel several times. read more

This is my first time visiting this establishment but it will not be my last! Sure, it's a car wash like any other self serve car wash, but the big difference here is it's people. You see, I suffer from panic and anxiety disorder, so car washes, for some reason, are a big trigger for an attack. Corey, one of their employees, took the time to explain to me everything I needed to know about how the wash runs, and even went so far as to volunteer to drive my vehicle through the wash so that I would feel safe. The staff is Friendly and helpful. It's a nice car wash, but it's always crowded when I go and having to wait to vacuum my car. Place is a SCAM. I came a few months ago for the first time and was told I would pay $10 for whole month (instead or $10 for 1 wash) instead of the $22 / month they charge typically. Which I thought was a no brainer because I may come back another time that month. What they don't tell you is they keep charging your card in the coming months and are impossible to get a hold of. They do not respond to any requests online or answer the phone. They know the only reason people would call is to cancel their membership. Don't ever go here. read more

I had a membership here back in the day when prices and service was amazing. I came multiple times monthly, all for only $20 or $30 a month. Service ans quality work was amazing. I actually enjoyed going. Especially when it used to be cactus car wash on ponce. My car was in desperate need of a wash/detail. I decided to drive to the nearest mister car wash(piedmont road) for a better service. I pull up and am offered NO menu or options. Just some guy asking if he can look in the car first before he gives me any options. He offered none other than a $70 shop service. I was shocked I couldn't just get a normal wash/vacuum like I used to. I thanked him and said I'd go somewhere else. Clearly they don't care. Their prices are outrageous and from other reviews the quality doesn't even come close to the price. So I drove back home and went to a place that actually services "working class" people and I was given multiple options plus headlight restoration. They were warm, kind, friendly and actually smiling- wanting to do a good thing. I was given a full detail wash/vacuum interior/exterior, tires, AND headlight restoration service ALL for only $69.99. Don't waste your time going to these inflated sellouts only servicing the wealthy and doing a half ass job at that, when you could go somewhere people actually know how to work and work well, kindly taking care of the normal working every day person. read more
