Only noticed this after I was gone, this was literally 10 minutes after cleaning: -all the way down the lower part of the doors, still filthy -patches not cleaned, streaked -Windows still dirty They have an assembly line of people cleaning cars, but the same sponges seem to get used car after car after car-- maybe that's the problem. I'm used to paying this amount at other places. I'll go to L-R Hand Carwash next time.

I went to grease monkey on Drusilla in Baton Rouge right when they opened for a tire rotation and…read morefull synthetic oil change, and saw the maintenance code for the coolant was on. i knew it wasn't time to change, but asked them to take a look and let me know what they suggest. I also told him I was recommended for a brake job 4 months prior from his technicians on the rear axle and we can schedule that for next time. 25 minutes later, he comes to tell me the coolant is fine, but he's worried about my wipers (which I just got changed 5 months prior) and my air filter. He also told me all of my brakes are fine, but he was worried about my front rotors and he could do a full front brake job right now. I said well I have to be to work in 20 minutes so I don't have time for the brake job right now. How much longer? he said well we have to do the oil change and put your tires back on. I was confused why it's been 25 minutes, I was the second car there and the oil change hasn't been done. So, I said ok to the air filter too, and thanked him for checking the brakes and coolant. Anyway, about 20 minutes later I'm paying for new wipers along with the oil change, tire rotation, and air filter. I didn't need wipers but I didnt have time to argue or say anything. so I paid and left. Fast forward a month later - my car is overheating. I open the hood and there's coolant all over my engine. So I bring it to Richard's Honda because I have a warranty thinking there is a leaky hose or busted radiator. NOPE! there's no radiator cap. WHAT?!??? so whoever checked the coolant at Grease Monkey didn't put the cap on correctly. And of course warranty doesn't cover things that are human error so it was $441 for them to fill the system with water, check for leaks, empty the water, refill with coolant, and replace the radiator cap. So, I call Grease Monkey and the store manager, Shelby is what he said his name is after 5 times calling, still hasn't called me back, emailed me back, or tried to do anything to reconcile the situation. I also found out from the dealership all of my brakes and rotors are perfectly fine. 1. They lied to me TWICE about needing brakes 2. replaced my wipers without my consent 3. took almost an hour to do an oil change and tire rotation 4. unprofessional and terrible customer service 5. Can't admit when something is their fault 6. Don't deserve anyone's money
