Bad company, the oil change, was the worst oil quality for my hyundai genesis, not good quality. They lie, I change the air filter, and left the cover loose. After my service i noticed oil all over the engine, on the shroud radiator and hoses on the altenator ac compressor serpentine belt, battery and inside the fender well. Ive never had any other company spill oil on my engine before, there are ways to remove filters mounted top side on vehicles and they didnt even bother to clean it off so adios grease monkey your service will not be missed for sure read more

Went to ask if they would put my blinker lights in n how much it would cost they said free. While I was there they did a restoration on my head lights also came out beautiful I can see was cheap for life time . Been out of ac whole summer they checked a filter inside n guess what that was the problem n they changed that also. Zero starts. Took tires to be rotated. They said I needed new breaks. So went ahead and got those. Left the store and my car started shaking, especially when applying the breaks. Took it back the next day and they re balanced the tires. It was still messed up. Keep in mind it was fine before I went to get the tires rotated. I had to go to another service shop to fix what they messed up. Inexperienced staff. read more

My 75 year old mother took her car here to get it inspected so that she could get her tag. She came out with a $200 bill and no inspection. (1) They did an oil change and charged $72 for oil change with fully synthetic oil. This is OK as fully synthetic oil is not a bad idea. (2) They replace her battery for $130. The problem is that there was nothing wrong with her battery! The battery she had was a Duralast Gold with a 5 year warranty that I had installed only 2 years ago. The battery had NO problems and the car never failed to start. They just wanted to sell a battery. Further, if she had needed a new battery she could have taken her car to Autozone and they would have installed a new one for FREE. (3) Since they disconnected the Battery, when they tried to inspect the car it threw all the codes related to emissions (4 of them). Such is to be expected and EVERYONE that inspects cars knows you cannot disconnect the battery just before running the diagnostic test. IF you do, you have to drive the car for 50 miles or so and then do the inspection. So my 75 year old mother took her perfectly working car to Grease Monkey for an INSPECTION and what she got was a $200 bill and no inspection. I say DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. read more

First time here and it was great experience. I brought my truck in and they had me in and out QUICK. They went over the things my truck needed but I didnt feel pressured to buy anything at all. Best part was they offered me a car wash with my service for 20 bucks and did a great job. Overall was really surprised how quick and smooth the whole process went. I wont go anywhere else for my oil changes and even a car wash lol. Great job guys read more
