This review is based on my overall experience with customer service and getting body work done on my vehicle out of pocket (not an insurance based claim). I took my black Nissan Versa Note to Wren's Collision in 2025 for a quote on a damaged passenger door that I wanted to get repaired for years. It was damaged by a concrete pole while backing out of a parking garage and unable to open due to fender damage. In 2025, I made an appointment for review and Dana provided a detailed quote with paperwork with pricing. She also helped me that day by removing a stain from a white car that hit mine while it was parked at a shopping center, since I brought that up as well when inquiring about the body repair. I did not decide to proceed with the door repair then because the cost was higher than I expected and I was not ready to pay for it out of pocket. The customer service I received was great & I said I would return when ready to pay for the passenger door repair. In March 2026, after more research, comparing the cost to buy a newer car and a pressing need to have a functional door so the car could seat four people safely before my approaching due date, I called Wren's Collision to see if they had my 2025 quote on file and to verify if they could use it to complete the repair. They were able to locate it and confirm that the pricing would be the same or less (due to part costs decreasing). My car is 10 years old now, so finding the fender and door is not so hard. I decided to proceed and I worked with Dana throughout the process. First, I paid a deposit to cover the parts on Tuesday, 3/31. She provided an estimated timing of 3 business days for the parts to arrive & about a week total to complete the job. The parts arrived by Friday, 4/3 but they were damaged so they had to reorder them from a vendor. I appreciated the transparency, even though this set my preferred timing back by a few days, but the communication was on point. The new set of parts arrived by the EOD the following Wednesday & I dropped my car off Thursday morning, 4/8. The administrative staff was friendly. I filled out paperwork, and Dana and I looked at the car to make sure the current damage was noted properly before I turned over my keys. Dana let me know she requested prioritization of the repair with the mechanics due to my circumstance and said it would be done by the end of the next week. Once my keys were turned over, I received a text from a third party associated with Wren's that provided updates on the status of the car repair progress. This was refreshing. I opted to uber home, but they work closely with Enterprise which is right next door, should you need a rental. On Tuesday afternoon, 4/14 - I received a call confirming that my car was ready for pick up. I picked it up around 5:15 PM the same day. I was AMAZED when I saw my car. Not only did the passenger door look brand new again, but they took the time to vacuum the inside of it as well, so I felt like I was driving a new car home. I am thrilled. Body work is not cheap, but it sure does feel good to get it done right after many years of riding around with visible damage and an unusable passenger side. I am sharing my experience with Wren's Collision Douglasville, Ga. Group in a factual and documented manner as part of an ongoing consumer complaint. My vehicle, a Nissan Rogue Platinum, was involved in a collision and was towed directly to Wren's Collision Group. At the time of drop-off, I completed a walk-through/intake inspection documenting the vehicle's condition. After repairs were completed, the vehicle was released and towed back to my residence. At pickup, I did not have an opportunity to conduct a joint walk-through inspection with a representative of the shop to document the vehicle's condition at the time of release. The vehicle remained in their possession for approximately 8 weeks. During that time, communication was inconsistent and completion timelines were extended multiple times. While the collision repairs appear to have been completed, I have an unresolved concern regarding windshield damage that was not present in my intake documentation/photos prior to the vehicle being taken into their possession. Specifically, there was no red impact mark or similar windshield crack damage documented at drop-off. Upon return of the vehicle, I observed 2 impact marks and a cracked line across my windshield. A red mark/impact point on the windshield that was not reflected in my intake photos or documentation. I raised this concern with the shop, but the issue remains unresolved. I am documenting all records, including photos, invoices, and communications, and pursuing resolution through appropriate consumer protection channels, including the Georgia Attorney General's office. I am sharing this for awareness so others understand the importance of detailed documentation at both drop-off and pickup during vehicle repair processes. read more

Absolutely terrible to deal with. Their communication was nil. I had so many phone calls not returned. I started at the Wren's in Canton and they had to move it to Douglasville as they had a machine there that was not in Canton. The only way to get any information was to call the Canton location, who was great, and have them get the information from them. Steer clear. read more

Took a Tesla to Wrens body shop to have front bumper installed. Tech came out looked at the car took VIN# and came back out with a quote. Ordered bumper that day. Bumper came in and took it to The shop to then be told that they don't work on Tesla's. Currently scrambling to find someone to install this bumper. Complete waste of time at Wrens body shop. My car had damage from tree branches that had fallen on it, from the hood to the windshield scratched truck and other areas of my car. Went to Wren's BodyShop have to say when I picked up my vehicle couldn't even tell it was ever damaged. They did an awesome job on the repair. Would definitely recommend!!! read more

Spoke with Wrens body shop about repairing my vehicle. I told them what I wanted and was assured it wasn't a problem after scheduling my appointment for repair which was over a month out. I emailed and verified about the replacement parts I wanted. After dropping my vehicle off I called and forwarded emails to verify that they were going to get the replacement parts I wanted and my email was forwarded to the adjuster which I never heard back from Tony. When my vehicle was finally ready after over a month none of the parts I wanted were used on my vehicle. Then i was told that they don't do that after Max told me they would be able to that was the only reason I took my vehicle there. Tony was rude and admitted that he didn't read the emails the manager calls and tries to explain what happened and offered to refund my deductible of $200. I told him that the hood wasn't aligned and the paint had a run in it. My advice to anyone who is in need of vehicle repairs DO NOT us WRENS Body Shop on Fairburn Rd. read more

Worst experience ever. Completed repairs I clearly and expressly did not authorize. They refused to budge on it. I was expecting to pay $350 and had to pay over $3k. On top of everything, the car was two weeks late. Horrible customer service - Seth was extremely rude and the GM just stood there, silent. I highly recommend that if you talk to Seth about an estimate, you record the conversation. He insisted that I authorized it, which I know I didn't because that amount of a repair to a 2012 doesn't even make sense. I confirmed multiple times when I called that they were only fixing the front bumper. read more

I would like to impress how pathetically awful this body shop is. Here is my story. I Drive a newer Cadillac CTS very beautiful car. And in November I had an accident. The Body Shop my insurance company asked me to use or preferred at bat reviews and I chose wrens. Worst mistake ever. I took my car to them requesting them to fix it and they agree. The damage didn't seem too bad as it was located to the passenger side right fender, bumper, headlight assembly, driver side side skirt from leaving the road and passenger wheel. The insurance company wrote the initial quote. And as anybody who's ever had an accident knows, the Body Shop submits adjustments as they remove panels and do further investigation. Wrens decided that maybe they just wouldn't fix everything wrong with my car. The first time they called me to pick the car up the driver side side skirt was still crushed. But, what was worse is the passenger side wheel was hit and clearly pointing outward. Now they damn well move the car to drive it to the front, and yet they didn't notice the steering wheel was 45 degrees off and the passenger side wheel was pointing outward. When confronted with these issues the man, who I assume is the manager, made a complaint that he hates dealing with insurance companies. My advice don't fix cars if you don't want to deal with insurance companies. So, they call me again days later requesting me to pick up the car after a pathetic attempt at an alignment. But this time they fixed my my drivers side roll pan, but not the fender that you can now see is not aligned right, i found loose bolts, and now in the sun my pin strips look to be done by a child with a crayon. Yet again, another man, blamed the insurance companies... Cause, clearly an insurance company causes you to not tighten bolts. I dont give a dam about how "hard" your job is. I deal with keeping people safe and alive daily. Quit your crying and do what you are paid to do... I have been patent to this point, where i reported the shop and my insurance to the state. Clearly this was going to be a step by step process of me getting irate to encourage helpless people thay call themselves mechanics. So, I called my insurance company and cut ties with this horribly awful shop. I sent my car to Cadillac who did an excellent job of doing the alignment and fixing my other complaints. Now two months later I find that my washer fluid reservoir is cracked and not working. It is not something I use often because I keep my car clean. But, i now need it and wrens again over looked something in an effort to not do work and a proper repair on my behalf. Do not, for the love of God take your car to these people. They show lack of quality, lack of ethics, and lack of responsibility. But, they can paint but damn near any body shop can do that. No one deserves this treatment off a 5k plus job... Also, my front tow point is now missing, not really sure why. And, my flat bed driver pointed out, before, my car went to Caddilac that my unibody relief holes are bent. I have been under that car, when i purchased it months before and nothing was bent then. read more

I had my car repaired here a couple of years ago. This is all part of an insurance claim, during the time that the car was repaired, and it was only two months old at the time, I had addressed my concerns that there would be an issue with the color match overtime if they had painted the entire car. I was reassured at that point that if this became a problem, they would stand behind their work and I could come back at any time. My original concerns ultimately materialized. Or the course of time, the pain began to fade and I had two very distinct colors on my car. I contacted them and arrange to come in for them to evaluate it. After looking at it, they decided to back away from your promise to stand behind their work. I was dismissed rather promptly with the statement that it was "within the acceptable range" of colors. No I'm going to be shelling out for a paint job. I don't imagine I'll be going back to them. read more

I have had my car hit in a parking lot by the cart attendant and my front end was damaged pretty good. I have never used them before but was recommended by my insurance company. I picked my car up a week later and the car looked brand new like it had never been damaged! The staff is amazing Maria walked me through each and every step and stayed in touch with the rental company! I would recommend wren in douglasville to anyone! There is no where else I will ever go for repairs. I was involved in a hit and run. My vehicle isn't new and sustained moderate damage. I was stressed over how to handle the situation. I really didn't want to file a claim under my insurance for fear of an increased premium. However, I wasn't sure I had enough cash on hand to pay for the repairs. I explained the situation to James and he said he would have a look at the damage and see what he could do. Wren's managed to complete the work for less than my deductible - preventing me from needing to file a claim. Although the work was affordable, it was clear they did not skimp on craftsmanship or effort. There is no sign the damage ever occurred. It looks literally as good as new. The customer service is as superior as the repair work. Pam from the Carrollton location stayed in contact with me, giving me updates on the process and politely answering any questions I had. It isn't difficult to see why Wren's has been as successful as it has. The people, the work, and the customer service are all superior to others in the industry. I whole heartedly recommend these guys with total confidence. read more

8/31/16: Went here a few weeks ago for an estimate on my car after being rear-ended in a parking lot. I'm new to the area, don't know a lot of options around here so I went to the Carrollton location and was "helped" by a guy named James. Let me just cut to the chase, I have never been so uncomfortable in my entire life. He made every pathetic attempt possible to pick me up, despite the fact I was wearing a wedding ring and didn't give him even the slightest impression that I was interested in him. I just wanted my car fixed. He made multiple inappropriate comments and made it very clear he wanted to help me with more than just my car. I couldn't get out of there fast enough! I got the impression that he was the manager or something, but he needs to be fired whatever he is. I will never set foot in that place again and I would recommend others do the same. Completely unprofessional! Updated: while I appreciate James having the courtesy to respond to my review, it speaks volumes that he did it pretending to be a different employee! That's laughable, really! Respectfully I will decline your offer to come back and give Wren's another try. I went to Abra instead, where I was treated like a valued customer rather than a hunk of meat. Plus they did a fine job on my vehicle. read more

Disappointed in my experience at Wren's today... they took my vin#, looked at my car in person, ordered the incorrect part (or maybe incorrect part was delivered out of their control) came by for it to be installed and "no one was available due to lunch" since when does a company send all their technicians off to lunch at the same time?? Came back an hour before their closing time and am told no technician could take 5 minutes to install the side mirror. Just decided to take part home. Annoyed. read more

I had work done at Wrens, my car was hit right at the drivers side wheel. They replaced all drivers side wheel, steering and body parts and painted. Two weeks after getting my car back as I was pulling into work my wheel came apart, I had gotten off of HWY 85 1 minute before this happened. If it had happened a just a minute earlier I could be dead. The lower control arm was detached from my wheel. My car was towed back to Wren. Wren repaired it and asked me if I had any work done on the car since they did the original repairs and I told them I had my brakes serviced the week after. They said who ever did my brakes did not tighten something properly and that's why my wheel came apart. I have my brakes done at a small shop that only does brakes and tires ( been using them for 5 years). My brakes where done in 30 minutes, just front pads replaced not even rotors, there was no reason that he would have taken apart any steering components. I verified this in a conversation with him. The lower control arm has a threaded stud that is bolted to the wheel after the bolt is tightened there is a hole in the stud for a cotter pin to go through. This prevents the bolt from vibrating loose and the wheel from coming apart. I have to assume that they did not put in a cotter pin. I believe the story they told me about my brake service is a bunch of BS. Thank you Wren for putting me in a death trap. Oh and my insurance company paid them over 6K to almost kill me. read more

I must say that having to call upon an automotive body shop was not something I had to do to often and it usually meant their was some unforeseen circumstances when I had to. However the past year it's been pretty frequent. Aug. 2015 My vehicle was hit and had major damage ($12000 worth) I thought if it could be repaired it would never be the same. I was so wrong. I used The Bremen location last year and I have recently just had the same vehicle repaired again and this time used the Carrollton location. Wren's Body shop was awesome from the minute it arrived on the tow truck to their shop they kept me informed. I received a call every other day from the office staff updating me on the status of the vehicle and to let me know everything was still on track for the original completion date. Any time I had a question she would immediately transfer me to the owner James Wren who was so patient and willing to answer any questions. He was always available. My vehicle was completed in a timely manner actually 1 day earlier than expected and I could not be more happy with the repairs and paint job. Everything matches PERFECTLY. All the parts were new. They went above and beyond and I honestly feel like they rolled out the red carpet for me. No matter which location, the experience was the same. Both kept me informed and did exceptional and professional work. They no doubt have the best paint and body department in metro Atlanta. read more

On a previous occasion, I have used this body shop to repair my vehicle so I didn't know have any reservation of utilizing their services again. Low and behold on how a few years pass and things have change. Last week, I took my car in for repair after a hit and run. Upon dropping the vehicle off, I express to Kathy at the desk that the clear film be placed back on the bumper because I had removed it. I was requested to write the information down and someone get in touch with me. This action never occurred. Kathy calls me on the next day stating the repairs would be done on the following Tuesday and provide me information related to the cost and my responsibility. I informed her after speaking to state farm that the deductible would be different and I had a name for her to call and speak with. She cut me short and stated that I would just call the insurance team that I have been provided. From that point, I should have taken it as a warning. I found this action to rude, so I decided to stop by the shop again to question the replace of the clear film for the bumper. Again, I was brushed off and referred to speak with Nancy. I asked Nancy to pull up the pervious repair that occurred in March of 2012 which showed that they were the one who in fact placed the clear film on the bumper. In 2012, this clear film was placed on the bumper, the day I pick the car up the young man went in great detail to explaining to me what it was and the fact that someone who was Bremen or Winston comes into the shop and does this specialized service. He proceed to inform me that he does this on boats and other vehicle types as well. She stated that she would give me a call the next day but that never occurred again. If he had not educated me on what it was, I would have no clue. He seem so passionate about this service and it stuck out. So, Kathy call the following week on Monday to tell me that my car would be ready on Tuesday, again I asked regarding the clear film. She said someone call me and that never occurred either. So apparently, my request was null and void and I was never worth a phone call and they were going to service the car as they saw fit. So, I was prompt to call my state farm agent to tell her what had transpired. She state that she call the office with claims representative and her on the line and they spoke to Nancy. Nancy stated that the film was never on the car and I was not able to remove it without a heat gun which clearly not true if you look at videos on YouTube that demonstrate this. It's funny how they were the one who put this film on the car but yet they are telling me that it was never on the car but it was billed to the insurance previously. I could have respect the fact, if you told me that you don't offer that service no more than being ignored and treated as if my business was not value. If they would have informed me of this fact, I would been able to take my business to someone who was able to put the protective film back on rather than made out to be a liar. At best, I would never use this company again based on my second experience which has been horrible. read more

I am leaving this review in this forum because the review tab on the website only redirects me to google from my phone and laptop. So I took the car in to have the door and the fender repaired. They fixed a laundry list of other things (according to the receipt) When I got my car back, I immediately had to take it back because it was not drive-able. Partially due to cheap parts from the manufacturer (I will give them that). Within 2 days, I started hearing a rattling every time I would turn the car on. I took the car back, they inspected it and told me what it was. Now, My car was not doing that when I brought it into the shop and the man told me that part should have lasted me for years. So, instead of taking responsibility and fixing the part, he negotiated with the insurance company to pay for it. I didn't understand that part because AGAIN, that part was NOT damaged before I took it to the shop. Either way, they have not offered to fix it and the insurance company is not going to fix it. So where does that leave me? Stuck fixing yet another part on this car that was not damaged prior to leaving it a Wrens. I hope this review helps someone. read more

This is the WORST business I've dealt with in a long time. They had my car for almost an entire month. Kept telling me different dates when it would be ready. Didn't keep me updated on the status - I had to call them to find out what was going on with the car. I finally told them I was coming to pick up the car even though they were "still waiting on a part". When I got there to pick it up the part miraculously came in at 5:00 a.m. and was put on the car. Just horrible horrible horrible customer service. Some of the ladies were even rude at times when I would call to check the status. I contacted my insurance company and requested this business be REMOVED from their preferred list. Save yourself a lot of headaches and stress - DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO WREN'S BODY SHOP. read more

I had a repair done of my 2002 bmw and the work was horrible I paid $400 and the problem wasn't even fixed ....When I question the work the owner became irate asked me to leave the property I called the police and I was treated like it was my fault ..........I took them to court and they showed up to settle the claim .....This place is absolutely horrible DO NOT take your vehicle there for NOTHING!!!! read more
