I was first impressed with the reviews on Google. Then I checked it out tried a walk in for an estimate but no one was there to do it. Thr front dedk rep was nice. So I then came in for an estimate. Then I booked my repair and received an appointment the next day. The rep coordinated a rental pick up at the time of the reservation. I followed up myself to choose my car of choice. I set everything aside to coordinate a 745 repair. Prior to I received a repair agreement signed it and sent it. Once I arrived there was alot of yelling and commotion with the staff as I and other customers waited. The desk rep came in and connected me with the estimator who said " oh you didnt get my email" we cant do your vehicle. I said no I did not. I got the estimate and appointment resevation. So I reiterated my experience to Marco/Ana or Ava,front desk staff and was told someone would contact me. I asked for this mystery email denying services and the reason why. I never received a callback, email, or apology. The communication amd leadership reflects very poorly on this establishment. It was a waste of time and I felt disregarded as a customer. They were flexible once my vehicle was finished. I told her that I had to work the day my car was ready and if it weren't done before I went to work, I would have to get it the following Monday. I was notified that the repairs had been paid out to Caliber after reported to work was complete. After asking Caliber, validating what was going on. They became once indigent with once again, simply for trying to fugure out the situation. Not understanding how these processes work, they had returned to money to.my insurance company. I am writing this review as I wait in the waiting room of Caliber Collision. My vehicle was supposed to be ready yesterday (May 21), however it wasn't. I was told it would be ready first thing this morning (5/22), but after waiting here for an hour, the vehicle is still not ready. I am being told I have to wait on paperwork to be completed, but if the vehicle was supposed to be ready yesterday, why am I waiting so long for paperwork that is already supposed to be done?!?! I filled out the required forms and spoke to Carlos. He took some photos and claimed that the estimate would take 2-3 days, because it was minor, possibly the same day. I have been waiting patiently for a week and have not received an estimate. I called today and they claimed there is no record of my vehicle nor my daughter's or my phone number. I left 2 messages for Carlos and he never bothered to return my call. This was just dealing with an estimate, can you imagine dealing with their body-shop. No thank you! Repaired my car window and repainted my door yes. But there are defects in the paint. Running my fingers through new paint job and I can feel a rough spot. Poor QA. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT, created new damage that they denied was their doing not charted on their pre-repair inspection but tried to explain it away anyway. ALL MILITARY PERSONNEL STAY AWAY. My car was rear ended, came to pick it up and there was two scratches on the bumper. The insurance paid for bumper replacement. Why is there scratches on something new? There was also something pushing up on the bumper from the inside. It had a nipple showing. Oh and they forgot to put my badges back on the vehicle. What kind of Quality assurance do you think is play? I believe it's absolutely missing. I dropped my car off a week later. It took them a week and a half with $1,300 additional damages submitted to my insurance...... that's pretty significant to miss $1,300 worth of repairs. I picked up my vehicle yesterday, they painted a trim piece that wasn't to be painted. The manager argued with me it was to be painted. I showed him before the accident pictures. I pulled up similar models on google, no paint on trim. He refused to accept the messed up yet AGAIN. today I noticed my number isn't aligned and sticks out past the fender on the driver side. WARNING!!!These people are thieves! Highway robbery at its best... Definitely got to be in cahoots with the insurance companies. So I go in for a basic fender bender repair "so I thought". And them and the insurance company makes it sound like no problem will have this fixed. Turns out because calliber collision over charges soooo damn much that the insurance company won't cover it and it's no problem to them to just say your car is not worth it to fix it so will just say it's a total loss. So they take my car from me and now I'm the one that has no car to get to work and have a big headache on my hands trying to figure this out with no warning that this could happen to me. So I would just like to warn everyone to do your research first before this could happen to you and a small fix can become your biggest nightmare..... I feel totally robbed with the problem unsolved and I'm the one paying for it not them Worst experience ever! Life lesson learned. read more

I wish there was a lower rating I could give for this establishment. I took my car here because I have heard good things about Caliber and it was VW certified as well as partners with AAA. No one at the front desk knows anything, I had to have my insurance agent personally call them because they were refusing to understand that my car did not and was not going to have an assignment yet. I get a call 2 days after saying my car was ready which seemed way too soon for the amount of work to be completed but my schedule didn't allow me to come in. I get a call the following week asking what time I can come in so they can make sure it's done being aligned. What?! So, it's not done? My insurance agent emails me the day after that saying that the car wasn't ready yet and it would need another day. Overall, NOT READY. I finally pick up my car and they didn't complete the job. I leave it there to actually get fixed completely. I cannot believe the miscommunication of all the people that work here and I cannot stand the ignorance of the front desk morons. read more
