However, my last couple of visits confirmed that I won't be returning. I spoke with Isaac on the phone the day before about picking up my truck. Imagine my surprise when I dropped off my rental and arrived to find my truck completely taken apart and not ready at all. No one called or updated me to let me know there was a delay. When I asked why I wasn't contacted, I got no response. Not to mention I dropped off my truck Monday the 19th! This was a huge waste of my time and honestly felt disrespectful. I had to scramble last minute to find transportation to work and handle my day. To make matters worse, when I finally picked up the truck, the check engine light was on -- something we had already discussed previously. PLUS my car is STILL leaking oil the main thing I bought it in for and paid for soooooo they had it for FOUR days and charged me and fixed NOTHING. So I then came in for an estimate. Then I booked my repair and received an appointment the next day. The rep coordinated a rental pick up at the time of the reservation. I followed up myself to choose my car of choice. I set everything aside to coordinate a 745 repair. Prior to I received a repair agreement signed it and sent it. Once I arrived there was alot of yelling and commotion with the staff as I and other customers waited. The desk rep came in and connected me with the estimator who said " oh you didnt get my email" we cant do your vehicle. I said no I did not. I got the estimate and appointment resevation. So I reiterated my experience to Marco/Ana or Ava,front desk staff and was told someone would contact me. I asked for this mystery email denying services and the reason why. I never received a callback, email, or apology. The communication amd leadership reflects very poorly on this establishment. It was a waste of time and I felt disregarded as a customer. He took me to see my car and it looked beautiful. However, it was not ready yet as they are waiting for Geico to decide how to go forward with the A/C radiator replacement. A used one was installed, but it leaks freon, so a decision awaits whether to install a new one or another used one. I'm not sure if the radar for adoptive cruise control has been calibrated yet. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience with everyone at Crash Champions.
