Don't know how the service is yet when it comes to fixing my vehicle. I used a caliber collision in a different location quite a few years ago and they really messed my car up more than I think it should've been I actually still have the car sitting out in my driveway with the shitty bumper that they put on there. I was not pleased at all, but I'm putting my vehicle now in the hands of these mechanics on York Road. I'm not sure if my car is going to be a complete total yet because I'm in the hospital and I'm hoping to be up there Monday to do paperwork, but let's just pray that my vehicle is fixable and they do a great job and a fast job because my insurance only pays for my rental for so long. It took me days to even get my rental, which took me out of work and really hurt my pocket. I work 40 minutes away from my house so I am really counting on this. I'm giving this review because they were very quick to contact me as soon as my car was handed over to them and needed to be towed to them they have kept in touch and the lady that has been calling me is very nice and respectful and I thank them for that so thank you for your great customer service so far because what I need right now is nice positive people. I don't think I could take anymore crazy stress or ignorant people like the ones that were at the tow company that took my car to begin with.! Needless to say they need to get a review they held my car for like four days without even saying anything or contacting anyone. The car was stolen and they had it as a accident and when I went in there, they said it was a fault in the system from the driver they did that just to get money for it sitting in their yard . A lot of people have said that this company does that even the police. Please be good to my car. read more

I have absolutely nothing good to say about this location despite myself and family members using them in the past. My entire experience has caused my spouse and I a huge amount of stress. We are constantly fed lies about the status of our vehicles repairs, when it will be completed, the list goes on and on. The amount of time I have been left without a vehicle for my family is completely unacceptable. read more

This location had my car for an entire month. Communication was very horrible and you would think since they had my car in their possession for a month my car would be completely fixed. My car was returned in a condition that isn't suitable to drive my child in. I called and talked to the "manager" (Chelsey or however you spell it) I felt as if she basically didn't care and didn't take in consideration I was frustrated due to the fact that several important things were still wrong with my car. I hope if you're looking to get work done with them that they actually care to go above and beyond to make sure their customer needs have been met. read more

The left side of my vehicle went over a curb traveling at approx. 30 mph to avoid an accident. The front and left tires were blown and the rims damaged. I spoke with Caliber, which is a USAA approved facility, when my Suburban was brought there and told them the extent of the impact so that they would do a thorough inspection of the suspension etc. A co-worker noticed my vehicle at Mickey's Auto Body a few days later so I called Caliber to find out why the vehicle was at Mickey's Auto Body. The response was that Caliber doesn't have mechanics on site so it was outsourced... fair enough. My vehicle was returned shortly after and the only required repairs were two new rims, two new tires and an alignment. I thought that was odd considering the extent of impact but I'm not a mechanic. The vehicle appeared to be in good order when returned. Ten days later there was noise coming from the front left tire and I noticed the tire tilting in. I brought the vehicle to the dealership and they immediately noted suspension damage. Upon further inspection they determined the rear axle had damage too. I asked the dealership how this could have been missed with the original inspection and was told, "there's no reason. Especially by the mechanic that did the alignment". I received an update from the dealership and learned the rear axle shifted and the front tire ball joint separated from the control arm. Not sure how this kind of damage was missed by Caliber or Mickey's Auto Body. I don't fully know who is fully responsible, Caliber or Mickey's Auto Body, which is why there's a 2 star rating not 1 star. I'm not one for bashing businesses online but share my experience when something is exceptionally good or poor. read more

I needed my bumper trim painted on my car, at first I went to " Maaco" where they told me it would be $275 and need to keep my car for 3 days . I told them I wasn't expecting that and thanked them and left. A called around to some other " mom and pop " body shops but most said that they didn't work on cars more than 10 or 15 years old . Then caliber collision showed up in my search. I brought my car over to get an estimate and was quoted at $125 and was told to drop it off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon, a WAY better deal then the big guys down the street. When i picked up the car ,the paint job exceeded my expectations , they knocked it out of the park . I would like to thank Kevin, Jess, and the unsung artist that made my bumper look basically new . I scheduled an appointment on their site for an estimate. Drove 40 minutes and reached there 20 minutes before they close just to hear that all of their estimate guys are gone and I should come back again later. Told them it was just some scratches that I wanted paint job for, which shouldn't take more than 2-3 minutes but I was sent back. Pretty disappointed, never going back again. read more

I brought my car into this garage for two accidents in the last year and a half. Recommended by USAA. My car was accidentally hit on site by one of their workers trucks. It rolled down hill into my car. Hood. Front light replaced. This accident broke my windshield. None of this caused by the original incident bump in the beginning of December. This place doesn't get ANY STARS from me! The absolute WORSE PLACE EVER!! I took my car in for a bumper from a hit and run in Dec, it is now March and I have had my car at the dealership for all the repairs that they did wrong... They used all after market parts on my car which set off sensors, etc. To this day, parts of my bumper are still incorrect, and my car will be heading back to the dealer yet another time (this will be the 4th time). I brought my van in for a quote. I was left waiting in the front for 20 minutes. One "gentleman" looked at me grunted and walked away without speaking to me when he was told I was there for a quote. He did not return and after another 5 minutes of watching him wander around the halls with a water bottle, I left. The receptionist was polite, but offered no support for the situation. It was completely clear that customers were zero priority. I would never return and would never recommend it to a friend. This place is terrible. I'm not sure why USAA has them as a Star facility. They kept our car 1 additional week due to their poor repair work and never called when they said they would regarding the status. I was always having to call them for updates because their emails were so generic. When we finally went to pick up the car, after having to call them when they said they would call at 2pm, Mike knew we were not happy with their service and would not come out to talk to us. He left us in the lobby waiting for 10 mins. I saw him several times walk into the lobby and back. Finally the lady at the desk paged him and he walked out and didn't even acknowledge us. We were the only people in the lobby waiting. I had to ask if he was Mike. At that point I was so frustrated I just wanted my car and to never have up deal with them again! Save yourself some grief and use another shop. I only went there because it was a USAA facility - never again! read more

I just had the most amazing (and as expected) wonderful experience dealing with Ashley & Allen from Caliber Collision. We have a situation that involves potential warranty work from several years ago post an accident our daughter had with the car. Allen greeted me very politely (on a Friday at 4:50pm EST) and then suggested I speak with Ashley to try and work things out. Ashley listened to the issue I described with the car, quickly looked up my past claim, and very politely asked me what day next week would work for me to drop the car off. Seriously - we all know what its like dealing with repair shops and working hard to find someone you trust...Between Caliber Collision and Nolan Warfield at Precision Tune, you will not find a better or more trustworthy group of individuals who always keep the customer first....Thanks for helping make my day!! read more

I've been a customer of this location for body work for a while. I recently got my Subaru repaired there and the paint match and blending was spot on. The turn around time for the extent of the repairs was great too. Even when an independent shop damaged the bumper, they corrected the issue before returning my vehicle to me. The only thing preventing a 5 Star Rating is the fact that one of my replaced doors was improperly installed and does not open from the interior, there is body compound stuck on the frame of the window, and a small amount of dirt trapped under the paint of the door. These issues aren't deal breakers but certainly reflect that attention to detail could be improved. read more

Don't trust them. Came in with damage from a hit and run. They did the insurance work and also broke a door handle. Claimed they did not break it. It was working fine before now it is literally broken in half. Front bumper is not fully attached and one of the plastic holder is falling out of the wheel well. Shoddy work. read more

We have been long time customers of ACT, now Caliber Collision. Most recently, we had our parked Toyota Highlander sideswiped right in our neighborhood. We had the car towed due to the extent of the damage on a Friday and was called by Caliber when the car arrived. We were kept up to date on the progress of the work. We ended up having both body and suspension damage which they handled like champs. I received a call on the estimated date of completion letting me know the car was ready!! I know things don't always work out like that but the communication I received assured me that I did matter as a customer. Will always use Caliber for all my repair work as I know I will be a happy customer during and after the work is complete. read more

My son wrecked one of my cars Aug 12. I called Caliber Collision on Aug 14 to see if I could make an appointment for him to take the car for an estimate. Today, Sept 13, is when they called me back to make sure that someone had called me... ummm.... NO! This was poor service at its finest. I told this to the person from Caliber Collision that I spoke with and she didn't offer so much as an I'm sorry. Thankfully, I was able to find a mechanic that could do the necessary work. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Likely they have enough work anyway since it took so long to call back. read more

Had $6k worth of damage from hail and took my car to, then ACT, now Caliber Collision. The work was done in a timely fashion and the only problem was a malfunctioning driver's side rear-view mirror switch. Fast forward 2 years and I asked them to take a look at the switch to fix it. They did so with no reluctance and after a 10 minute wait, the switch was fixed. The management was very professional and extremely helpful. I would recommend without hesitation. read more
