Joseph Ryan the GM is extremely unprofessional. When confronted about a vehicle that was not fixed correctly he stated "I told M*** we should've never touched the vehicle. But still "worked" on the vehicle and collected my money. Also, stated he is not willing to reimburse or repair what was never repaired correctly. I dropped off my car on 7 Aug for a relatively minor scratch to the front bumper (picture 1). After a week, I received a notification from the company that the paint job needed to be redone because the initial repair wasn't to standard. I ended up finally picking up the car on 19 Aug. The next day I noticed a panel where the paint had flaked off (picture 2). So I brought the car back in. They repaired the flaking paint that day. The next day I noticed that the front panel hadn't been installed correctly and there was a metal tab sticking out (pictures 3). So I took the car in again. They repaired it quickly, but it left the plastic faring scratched (picture 4). After bringing in my car 3 times, I asked if they would refund my deductible. The manager said there was nothing he could do. Overall my experience was negative due to having my time wasted multiple times trying to get everything on my car repaired. I'm also skeptical of the paint job quality. Customer service was good. However, I will not be returning to Caliber Collision. My time and my money are too valuable. read more

So they are the USAA recommended company and we went with them after the accident so that the insurance could handle everything and we just drop the car off. After $6,000 dollars for parts it's been two weeks since they came in and my car is still not ready! I was told a week ago all they had to do was paint it! Also when we looked up the parts the prices they charged us was almost double market value and many parts of the car that they replaced didn't need to be replaced! It makes my parents believe they took slightly damaged parts to fix up and resell! The place is clean and professional but you will be without your car for at least 3 weeks and charged and arm and a leg! **edit It officially took 4.5 weeks! They said it was ready after 4 weeks then I went to get it and they said they are waiting on the final piece and my car isn't ready?? Okay then I go back when it is ready and the hood wasn't replaced correctly, the left side had a gap and the undercarriage left side was still dragging on the floor?? And then there was an additional $800 charge that was added after they originally told us it was ready then told us when we got there it wasn't and added that charge...smhh read more

I so not understand why others have rated Caliber as low as they have. The service I received at Caliber, especially from Natalie and Darren, was excellent. They were efficient, thorough and extremely customer oriented. I was concerned that my luxury vehicle would not be repaired well and it turns out that I had nothing to worry about. Allstate recommends specific collision centers that they will guarantee their work caliber falls under that umbrella. They have had my car 4 weeks for a job that was estimated to have taken 14 days. They will stall, not call for follow up and worse park your vehicle out in front in 100 degree weather and let sun do it's damage. I do not know what the vehicle looks like or if it was done well. I may never see this car again, who knows. Poor customer service, poor communication and slow. I shall report back on quality. read more

Everyone was always courteous and respectful. My truck was in and out with little concern for the work or communication of where the status on my repair was at. Once the truck was ready the car looked brand new everything was done to perfection. read more

Been waiting on 5 months from my car they have gave every excuse you can give under the Sun Ashley ramirez the general manager Has absolutely no sense of urgency And based off what I just saw the car needs a lot of repairs it has a chip on the new paint The trunk is not aligned they are still making excuses and it has Orange peel where it was painted.. This place is horrible...they kept telling me it was going to be ready on a certain date and that would come and go...then I was told they tore the cable that runs to my back camera..and try to day that cause it was after market they weren't responsible...and everyone I called and left a message for Tim the guy handling my car he was always busy...I would leave a message for him to call me and he never would...this is the worst.. read more

Was here to pick up my car when I was told it was ready Wednesday... I came in Friday telling me it wasn't ready, they had already called my insurance stating that it was finished. Talk to Manager Ashley, rudest lady tried to explain to her and she was not having it. She is a sarcastic liar and probably doesn't know how to talk to people. Got my car back and it wasn't fixed my seat couldn't be pushed back or forth. Ashley had the audacity to ask if it was related to my car accident after I drove 3 hours just to pick it up. She needs customer service training ASAP. Had to talk to the regional manager who was a sweetheart and adressed that she was in the wrong. Fire Ashley or send her to customer service training she is the worst. Still haven't gotten my car. read more

The guy we worked with there Manuel was very helpful and useful. Their text notifications sucks text sent said car would be ready by Wednesday so we called to notify that we wouldn't pick car until Friday because of driving destination. When we called to notify nothing was said about car not being ready at all. Needless to say I showed up to pick up car and was no ready for pick up. Had to send car back because A/c was not blowing AC cold air. read more

This is the worst place to take you truck or car. They have had my truck for three weeks and it still ain't done. Got told it would be done today went in to pick it up and they tell me it's getting washed. 45 mins later they say it still needs a the ram bar put on and will be done at 4. So I go back in there and they say it could be two to three more days before it's done. read more
