Also the repair was considerably less. 30% less for insurance claim. I also had another scraped bumper (our fault so not claiming) that was 50% less. Everything Brian said they could help with was done plus there were a couple things I forgot to attend to and he took care of it with a smile. When I picked up the car I mentioned a couple scratches on another bumper that I suppose happened in a parking lot. He said wait a moment and he would see if they could rub it out.... Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid This Shop…read more I took my 2023 Denali in for a simple repair after it was bumped in a parking lot on the bedside. I was told the repair would take about a week. Two weeks later, I went to pick it up and was shocked at the poor quality of work. The paint was awful -- the rocker panel wasn't even painted, there were runs in the clear coat, and the gravel guard looked completely different from the factory side. They agreed to fix it, but after another week, I picked up my truck and it somehow looked even worse. I was then told, "That's the best we can do, and if you want it to look good, you'll need to take it to another shop." This is the worst customer service and workmanship I've ever experienced. I would never trust them with a vehicle again.
