I experienced extreme vandalism and property damage to my car on January 9, 2022. Understandably parts were on back order so I didn't get my car back until the 9th of February. This wouldn't have been the case if I just accepted shit service. Two weeks after I dropped my car off I was notified that the job was complete. Upon picking my car up, I noticed they forgot to replace my back right window which sustained damage. An order was put in and I was going to take it home and bring it back when the part arrived. Upon driving off, I heard an avalanche of glass fall from behind my rear sit. I also was unable to see through the rear view window as it wasn't sealed properly. I had to turn around and drop my car off and ended up getting a 2021 Tahoe which proved to be a gas drinking monster. Two weeks later my car was finally ready and I picked it up. I steal here a few pieces of glass moving around when I stop. I just noticed that While my car was in their possession someone driving it hit another car or someone driving another car hit my car. I brought my car in for a sideswipe - and the entire process went smoothly. Frank is awesome - I'd make sure you ask for him - he's funny and does his best to put you first and not the pockets of the body shop. I'm actually in the insurance business, and I know how they look at us and we look at them - I gotta tell you - he didn't try to charge me for brake light fluid nor did he try to convince me more work needed done. He actually looked for ways to limit the work!! He brought out a wipe with solution on it and cleaned up a scratch right there!! I got texts everyday and Frank called me consistently when the dreaded supplement calls happen - yes - sometimes even the best estimates don't account for everything - so get over it. Vanessa and Matthew earned 5 stars today for helping me after a car wash left my new Lexus with sap-like residue streaks on the rooftop. If I could give negative stars I would. The Caliber Collision brand is the worst one you could ever consider taking a vehicle to get repaired at. To say my personal experience with this company in recent months was anything less than horrific is an understatement. Started back on November 3rd 2023 when we hit a deer... Calliber was referred to us by State Farm to get our vehicle repaired. We took it to them and what should have been a simple front grille bumper and fender repair turned into two full months of dealing with Calibers inept employees that could not even track down parts or verify that they had even received the correct parts. Three times not once but three separate occasions I had to track down the correct GM replacement parts to get my vehicle completed in a timely fashion after being told by Igor that they just couldn't find them and didn't know what else that could do. Worst customer service ever. So now for the fun part they tell us the vehicle is done and we go pick it up at night time and we still find a bug chip in the drivers side APilar from the accident that they missed. So Igor says don't worry we will submit on it get the parts ordered and then you can drop it back off so they could finish... ok I can live with that but fast forward 5 weeks and I could still smell coolant that I had the first week from picking it up but figured it was from the accident and the residual burning off since finally driving it in the rain... So new twist is the check engine light comes on and we take it to our personal mechanic the next morning so he could figure out what's wrong and he climbs under it and tells me the whole repair is junk. They never put the bottom air dam that cover the bottom front of the motor back on and there are steel crossmembers that are not even lined up or bolted up. They did not complete the repair properly and did half ass repair work to say the least. Their workmanship is horrific. I am reporting them to the bureau of automotive repair and filing an insurance fraud claim with the state... Steer clear of Caliber Collision read more

Terrible customer service. I was originally told it would take 7-8 days to complete repair. However, my car wasn't even touched until it had been at the facility for a full week. Why set an appointment to have someone bring their vehicle in if you aren't ready to begin work on it? I constantly had to call to get status updates and was always promised a call back before the end of the day. I was never contacted until the following day or until I called again. The estimate and amount of work needed kept increasing, with no estimate of completion given. I wasn't actually given an estimate of completion until the day my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Light cosmetic work turned into a 3+ week headache. Being 8 1/2 months pregnant and stranded without a vehicle is unacceptable. Items were also moved in the car and not put back in the correct places, like a car jack and tools taken out of a panel in the back of the car. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. Thankful the ordeal is finally over and hoping that everything was fixed correctly so that I never have to bring it back in again. read more

I made an appt for an estimate, they kept my car a full day. Ok fine. I was then told they needed to order parts, so I made an appointment for 1 month out, a week longer than they needed so the parts would definitely be there. On the appt day I dropped off my car at 7:30 am. They kept my car for 9 full days, 7 business days, before I called them and they told me no repairs had been made. They did not actually have the parts they promised me, and ok that's fair enough in these times. My issue is that they let me drop off my car knowing they did not have the parts and that I did not have a rental car, and would have kept my car how long exactly before calling to tell me no repairs were being done? My car is drivable, we are talking about 2 dents! Useless, never take your car here. Never deal with Scott in particular. read more

Hello, I accidentally backed into a parked car and did some damage to my car. The damage was not too big and the car was drive-able. I decided to reach out to caliber Collision for a quote before contacting my Insurance. I called, made an appointment and still had to wait. The service advisor (Paul) after waiting for a few mins, comes out, gives me his card and starts asking me questions. He then proceeds to take pics of the damage and tells me he was going to email me the estimate by the following day (noon, at the latest) The next day comes around, noon passes , no call, no estimate. I call around 130pm, he's on lunch. He calls me back closer to 3 and says, I will send it by the end of the day. Well it's 625am almost 48 hrs after my initial contact and still no estimate. Not sure why they have so many negative reviews, but I had a really good experience here. I had to come to Caliber Collision at the request of Geico (my insurance carrier) due to a hit and run on my poor car this week and honestly, they made the whole experience WAY less of a pain than it could have been. Was I sad that I had to pay a $500 deductible the week before Christmas because some jerk decided to smash my back bumper while I was parked at work and left it for me to find, yes, but Caliber did an amazing job at 1) getting me an appointment the day after it happened 2) communicating with me about what they were going to do to fix my car and 3) getting the repairs done in a timely manner. In fact, I was only out of commission for 1 day, and they work with Enterprise Rent a Car, so I even had the option to rent a vehicle (I opted to stay home from work and have my hubby drive me around instead, but still.... super convenient!). Chelsi at the front desk and Anthony, my service rep, were super friendly, straight forward, and put my mind at ease. I hope this doesn't happen again, but in the unfortunate circumstance that it does, I would 100% come back here again. Edit- omg I almost forgot to mention- THEY VACUUMED AND DUSTED THE INSIDE OF MY CAR! This was THE BEST SURPRISE EVER. I so, so, so appreciated it. To have something so upsetting happen (i.e. your car getting smacked and having to spend a bunch of money) sucks, but getting me keys back and getting into a beautiful, clean interior was wonderful- total Christmas gift in itself. This caliber is nowhere near my house but I ALWAYS choose this location because of the service. Chelsi, at the front receiving desk, is always so friendly and answers every and all questions. I originally used another shop, but the agent from that shop switched over to caliber, and I followed. Twice now, I've had Anthony help me with my repairs at this caliber location. He's always been thorough, transparent, and cordial. He looks for the best way to fix my car, and communicates the entire way. If there's different options to a repair, he's clear about what they are. Aside from service, this location is always very clean, and other employees have been polite. Front office: I did not have any issues with front office people, they are co operative. Geico representative and the repair person from Caliber: They are weird people, they inflate the bill for no reason, they don't speak kind words, most of the time it is like threatening that this is not covered and or not responsibility,. you should return the rental when you received the call - end of the day, you should pay extra all nonsense talking. I had to talk to geico representative over 1-800 number and told that I'll go with my choice of body shop for the repair. (This shop was recommended from Geico) Final words: Please look for another shop to repair your vehicle. read more
