The last autobody shop, a Fix Auto location, did a terrible job on my car. Over spray on rims, paint cracking later on...over spray on my hatch gas shock. I had an issue with my 2014 Mustang GT500 where the rear tires being very wide rubbed on the inside of my fenders to the point of melting and chipping the paint off of the edges. It happened due to four people in the car with luggage and the car being too lowered. I was recommended Top Tier from my go-to mechanic shop, Top Spec, and I got a quote from them as well as quotes from other autobody shops. Not only was top-tier competitive with their pricing, they were half the price of Absolute Autobody. And they even painted and installed a pair of Ford OEM side scoops I got from the dealership a couple months ago. I had decided that I wanted to have them installed at the same time as my fenders that I was getting repaired. So not only was Top Tier more competitive with their pricing, they included the side scoop install with the repair and did a wonderful job on my car. The color of my car is a ruby red metallic with a tinted clear coat. It is a tri-coat color. And one of the harder ones to paint match. Top Tier had no problem doing a superb job making sure the repaired areas matched well. Becca at the front desk was very communicative. And Connor, who did the walk around with my car gave me an excellent explanation of the process that they were going to do to repair the vehicle. They are friendly and they have a nice waiting room that is much more accommodating than the Fix Auto Autobody locations and other autobody shops I have been too. They also just added onto their current building and the business is expanding and becoming a very capable facility to take on any repair needs you have. Whether you're looking to spice up your car or get a collision repair, Top Tier will take care of you and if you're paying out of the pocket like I did, they won't break the bank like some autobody shops will. A bit of a saga: a minor fender bender damaged my car on the passenger side, and the insurance company was ready to write it off bc the car is older. (The damage was all cosmetic; the car's mechanicals were fine.) I went to Top Tier for a 2nd estimate, hoping to bring it below the "total loss" threshold. We couldn't - not Top Tier's fault! - but I did decide to: a) keep the car; and b) go ahead with the one thing that really mattered: replacing the passenger side mirror. Well! Not only did they replace the mirror so it looks brand new, they used leftover paint from the mirror to paint the gash across the passenger side of the car so it's practically invisible, AND they detailed the inside and outside of the car so it looks as clean as when it first drove off the sales lot. I highly recommend Connor's team at Top Tier Collision. Our older model car was hit and needed repairs. It was a tough job for Connor to find parts so it took a bit. He was a great communicator though - kept in touch and we knew what was up at all times. While it was at the shop waiting for parts - he buffed out the old headlights, really cleaned the whole car up. It looks better than before it was hit. When we got it home, there was a minor problem with the tail light and he made it right - right away. Same day. He also worked directly with insurance and left me out of it.
