As I was getting ready to sell it, I noticed an area that seemed to be failing. I didn't have any leaks from it, but just some "cracking" in the paint and substructure. I FULLY expected to pay for most, if not all of the repair it had been so long. Let's face it, in today's society you're lucky to get a 30 day warranty! However, Cascade covered it 100% under warranty work and did a fantastic job! I did tip them well for a job above and beyond in my opinion. Highly recommended. read more

Brought my daughter's 2009 VW Beetle in because she got rear ended. Damage was not too severe thankfully, but messed up an otherwise excellent car. I had an unusual problem. 2 claims, 1 from Allstate and 1 of my own from Farmers. It took several months, Caliber Collision only wanted to handle the Farmer's claim, and that was insufficient. It was no concern of theirs. Gerber gave me an estimate but declined since they weren't certified to work on an aluminum body. I found Cascade and the Communication was great. Handling both claims was no issue. I was concerned that they would waste my rental allowance with over-assessment and ordering parts, leaving me truckless for a while. No issue. I turned it in for repair on a Monday and picked it up on a Wednesday. The quality was excellent. In, out, and done. read more

My two criticisms would only be: 1. Give me an update sooner than three days in. 2. Rock chip repair was really no repair at all as the little star looks exactly the same. Originally typed on 5/9/18: Took my car here after getting T-boned by a bone-head who pulled out into traffic without paying attention. It took about 7 weeks for the repair but that's due to American Family Insurance trying to be cheap with the replacement doors. Upon receiving the doors, Manager Roy was in touch with me practically daily keeping me apprised of the situation and the progress. When American Family tried to stop paying for my rental car Roy looped in the adjuster from Am-Fam that he'd been working with who was able to confirm to the home office that the delays were due to parts issues. I picked up my car yesterday and it's beautiful. The doors were replaced and the front quarter panel had a large scratch cleaned up. They painted the passenger side of the car and you can't tell there was ever an accident. If I ever have an accident again I will definitely be returning here. After following a word of mouth review from a friend, I opted to use Cascade Collision for body work on my Jetta that had been in a hit and run. Roy and Megan were incredibly personable, and I was very impressed by the amount of communication I received from the shop. They went above and beyond, in my opinion, working with my insurance company to stay within a budget to not total my car. Time management was handled professionally, juggling insurance, ordering parts, and finishing in a reasonable amount of time. The shop did a fantastic job matching paint. Having seen many not-so-great paint matching jobs, I was really nervous that my car would never look the same again. I can't even describe how happy I am with the finished product. Last Summer my car( a 2001 Volkswagen Cabrio) was sideswiped in a hit and run fashion. My insurance company sent me to these guys as well as a referral from my boyfriend's Dad. I was very happy with the work they did and my car looked awesome when they were done. Just like new. Everyone I dealt with was personable and friendly. Something I haven't necessarily ran into at body shops. About six months after the work was done on my car I had a problem with a trim piece coming off. It was not the body shops fault but my insurance company's fault for not paying for a new piece of trim. I contacted Mike and he told me to come in and they would fix it. Within a week they had the new piece ordered and painted. They contacted my insurance and everything was done smoothly and without any cost to me. Pulled in when I thought my bumper needed to be fixed and after looking at it and putting it back into place he told me he could glue it if it came undone again but it really didn't even need any work done. This shop is exceptional when it comes to auto body work and paint. They are reasonably-priced considering the extra lengths they go to in order to make sure the job is done right the first time. I made the mistake of trying to save a few bucks by going to a "cheaper" place for some work and ended up having to go to Cascade C.C. so they could fix all the problems the other place caused. Cascade did a bunch of things I didn't even ask for like giving me a bottle of touch up paint for future dings and applying tire shine to the sidewalls just to put a cherry on top of an already great paint job. What I think is that when you take your car in for insurance approved repairs and they know that Liberty Mutual has had issues with paying Cascade Collision after approval in the past for whatever the reason, then we as customers should not have our vehicle held hostage for days after the car is finished to prove a point. They just want to know if the check is in the mail? Find out instead of treating customers in this manner. Poor customer service practices! I wash my hands of Cascade Collision and Liberty Mutual. They were friendly and professional, and met every expectation I had from start to finish. Took my 2012 Black Dodge Ram in after a wind storm tree damage had took place left small scratches and blemishes all over my truck. They scheduled me out right away and got my truck fixed up for me in the exact time frame we had spoken about. Truck looks a brand new no over spray no signs of any of the small scratches and they detailed the entire truck. My car was totaled when I was T-boned getting onto the freeway. The person who T-boned me, although being obviously in the wrong, claimed that they saw a green light and because I only had liability insurance I ended up being out about $5,000. After this happened insurance took so long to establish liability that my car had been stored at Cascade Collision center for almost a month. When insurance refused to pay for the storage fees (totaling almost $2000) I went and spoke with Roy Flowers. He immediately put me at ease and told me that they would take care of me. The owner of Cascade Collision knew that I could not afford to pay them so they graciously said that I didn't have to pay. I was speechless but their compassion and good will had saved me from being in a crippling financial situation. Everyone at cascade collision was very friendly and gave the first impression of a professional establishment. They lived up to that impression in every way. I was in a accident in my brand new Subaru legacy (not even a 1000 miles on it yet) and when I got it back it was perfect. all the lines on the car were to perfection and they made sure I was happy and eager to ensure everything was back to new condition. I was recently in an auto accident that was no fault of my own. After speaking to my insurance they recommended I have someone come to my home to do an estimate. I stated that I was not comfortable with that as there may be damage to the axle, frame, etc and I would like it inspected on a lift. They understood my concern and told me I could get estimates from any company that I chose to work with. As recommended by the police I planned to get three estimates. I called this establishment with the hopes of scheduling an appointment. The woman answering the phone refuse to allow me to make an appointment without me giving her all of my insurance info over the phone. I was not comfortable doing this and said I would provide it at the time of the appointment. She told me my insurance would not allow me to go through them and I had to have someone come to me. I'm not sure how or where she got specific information on my insurance policy, but her assumptions and disregard for my concerns made it so that I chose to go elsewhere. read more

I had a front end collision on my 2004 Dodge truck that pushed the bumper into my tires. In order to drive the truck, I cut the bumper so that I could continue using it. Cascade did the collision work on the truck, and everything looked good. Work was done on time, Megan was helpful through the process. A day or so later I realized that they had trimmed my new bumper. I was never called to ask if this was necessary. So I make the call to Cascade to see if we can resolve the issue of my new bumper being cut. Ron answers the phone and after I asked for Megan (at lunch), I explain to him my problem. His answer was "How are we supposed to know to not cut it?""People cut the bumpers like that all the time". I have aftermarket wheels and tires, so I understand why they would thing that, but not sure why they would have not called first. Also stated that they will not pay to replace the bumper $568+. He said I would either need to have my insurance pay for it (file another claim), or I would have to pay. So now I am stuck with the bill to fix the issue. 2 stars because a simple phone call prior to modifying a new part would have saved this issue from ever happening. read more
