We had a car hit our car's driver side front wheel and fender including the bumper and headlight. It's a 2014 KIA Sorento but we've kept it pristine in spite of a few other fender benders that other locations of Caliber have attended to. I have been very pleased with prior work at these Other Locations. This shop was to repair and/or replace front bumper, headlight, fender and do a wheel alignment. They used a scratched headlight replacement and never had the alignment done after having it for three weeks; and said she road tested it before returning it to us. We found a Cracked Windshield, which hadn't been cracked when we delivered it to them. Car was pulling to the right. And fender trim that was off by more than a quarter of an inch. The manager lied straight to my face about the condition of the alignment after I repeatedly enforced the need for the alignment when it was first dropped off. read more

Every one of the staff that I had the good fortune to encounter were so warm, friendly, and completely accommodating. The General Manager, "Hunter Clamp" runs an excellent team. I've had 2 interactions with Mr. Clamp & I will tell you that I am extremely grateful for a manager of his caliber (no pun intended)! Whomever hired Hunter to work for Caliber made a wise hire! After hitting a deer. I know this will be expensive and figure it's just best to follow MetLife recommendation. Dan the front desk staff at Caliber made every steps soo easy. Set up an appt for me to drop it off and contact Enterprise for me so my rental will be ready when I arrived. Kody was my contact man thru out the time that my car was there.. Very pleasant and alway on point.. The car was estimated to be done 10/2 but unfortunately the wrong parts was sent from Mini. So my car stayed over to 10/3. I had to work at the salon til 6pm that day so Kody decided to bring me the car and pick up the rental for me.. I couldn't been happier. WARNING: DO NOT CONSIDER I hit a deer that damaged the front and driver side of my vehicle. Currently there is a two week wait and they had my car back to me two weeks later. The main/exterior parts replaced were the front bumper cover, grille, driver headlight and fender. Roughly 30 minutes after I picked up my vehicle I looked over my car once more and noticed a missing body panel. After some research it seems to be some sort of "cover" or "splash guard". I noticed that the bumper is slightly loose and hanging underneath with a couple of pop rivets hanging halfway out. I then called Todd, expert in pencil whipping, to tell him of my issue and he asked me to come back by. While on the phone with Todd I wrongly told him the name of what I thought the part was, "chin spoiler". Upon arrival he looked clueless and even dumbfounded that we were looking under the car stating that he did not check there himself. Todd noticed the obvious area with a few strange cutouts and outline where this missing part would be. After the brief inspection he said he would "check" through the old parts. Ask for your parts people they're yours and because I did not I regret it. After questioning his mechanic Todd returns and suspects me of foul play. He starts questioning me about the missing part and what it looks like. I said I did not know that it's flat, black and held on with pop rivets. Todd said he would look into the part further as I did not have time to stay. Todd also suspected that the accident "just happened" before I brought my vehicle in and said that it must've not been there whenever I brought it in. I did not know if it was or not but my vehicle was involved in a frontend collision that damaged multiple areas of my car and that "cover" would have to be removed to work on most of the known issues. It is also very obvious that the "cover" is missing and now flaps in the wind. I did not trust Todd and contacted my insurance company the next day about the missing part along with other nit picky issues. Todd told my insurance company that he contacted a Honda dealer and they said that the part in question was not OE. As I am still finding issues caused by caliber collision, I find that their mechanics are incapable of setting windshield wipers. They were a nonissue after accident and before car was dropped off. They were hitting each other. Seriously, when the guy mounted them you can see that they're touching and overlapping. After a few tests and inspections of a friends car I found the arms were taken off and mounted on opposite sides. You just don't notice your windshield wipers don't work properly till you need them. It must be tough to check or even think about the work you're doing to see if it makes sense. Lost a shim on the positive side for my battery terminal you can see where they overtightened the fastener and twisted the connector making where I can't even put a socket on there. Ps. Be sure you can that you pick up any parts of your vehicle that fly off in a collision because from Todd's words if it did not come in with it they're not going to replace it. read more

Called about getting my headliner replaced and was told very condescendingly that "this is a body shop". I said I understand that and headliners are often replaced as part of collision repair and assumed they would do it. Receptionist then admitted she didn't know what a headliner was and put me on hold without warning to ask apparently. Few minutes later came back and said that they had a lot of work booked up and something so small wasn't worth their time unless I was willing to wait at least four months. Thanks but no thanks. I went in today to get an estimate. Sales Woman came off as rude and explained to me my vehicle would not be worth them painting as they are a corporation and only have one standard for paint. I was told that everything on my truck would have to be restored to factory finish including the existing trim, every single dent, and blemish repaired to meet that standard. I highly doubt this is the case. She didnt seem very knowledgeable. Really just wanted the truck freshened up with a coat of paint and was not concerned about minor blemishes. read more

My car got broken into in December 2021 and it's 6 months later and it is still not fixed correctly. I have had to come back multiple times, most recently because a side door molding fell off a week after it was installed and now there is a delay in the part for 3 months apparently. Worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. read more

Unfortunately I hit something during a storm and it messed up my back side bumper. Took it to Calibar Collusion in Fort Mill SC and they were awesome. Service was quick and efficient and staff very very friendly. They also did a great job in reference to guidelines with Covid-19. I definetly recommend this place!!!! read more

After waiting two weeks to get an estimate, and then three weeks to get an appointment, Caliber painted the car the wrong color, couldn't get the camera or radar systems working and then made me wait 2 weeks to get an appointment with the manufacturer dealership. Oh, and because they painted it the wrong color, added $3,000 to the original estimate to get compensated for their own screw up. Total joke! read more

This shop was an approved partner for State Farm whom insured the person who hit my truck. I usually stay away from chains but it was convenient and my time was limited. I must say these folks were on point. Scheduling, communication, and quality was excellent. They were helpful and my truck was returned earlier than anticipated, and cleaner than it was dropped off. Body and paint were good, but electrical connections were totally wrong and messed up. Cost me an additional $450 to get the job done right. And Caliber would not admit they screwed up. Won't ever go there again. read more

I went to Caliber Collision for an estimate on my 1 month old Lexus that had been hit in a parking lot. Not a lot of damage but the rear panel had separated. Kevin kindly greeted me and took a look. I showed him what I was concerned with grabbed the underneath of the car and popped it back into place. He asked if I still needed estimate with a grin. Very thankful for such kid, courteous and professional service. Keep up good work and I hope I will not be back but will if the need arises. read more

Was excited to see Caliber in the South as I grew up with them in California. Went in today to get a quote and was turned away as I didn't have an appointment. Interesting as my dad took his car last week and didn't need an appointment. For someone who works full time and finally has a second to get their car checked this is not customer friendly. I guess I'll take my car elsewhere! read more
