These are the most rude people I've ever dealt with. I brought my car since they are BMW certified and because they are a State Farm approved shop. I had nothing but attitude from the moment I arrived. The service advisor, whose name I can't recall, nor do I wish to recall, was so nasty from the second I met him. I have no idea why. He argued with me and was combative about issues that were up to State Farm. Two different times I took my car there and paid out of pocket for rentals but nothing was done. They never called me to tell me what the State Farm adjuster said, just silently kept my car while I continued to pay for a rental. Very annoying experience, totally unprofessional, even the manager. Horrible experience! Horrible Customer Service. TC should not be working with people, especially women! Took my car for an estimate requested by insurance. Submitted estimate with insurance and they set up appt to drop off car the next day. Unfortunately I was assigned TC as my "service" rep. He immediately said that it was customer pay? But insurance accepted liability. He said we got a "customer pay" estimate and not an insurance claim estimate. I was only instructed to get an estimate from the insurance company. He said I had previous damage on my door, which I did and was upfront with the girl that hit me, her insurance, and the first guy at Caliber that gave me my estimate. TC then told me that he will have to have "his guy" come for a new estimate. And they wouldn't do repair unless I paid for door damage. I said there was some door damage from accident. He said he will talk to "his guy". I asked what he estimated the door damage would cost me to repair if it wasn't covered. He said probably $2000-$2500 and they wouldn't do any work unless it was done. The original estimate from them included the door, which was $270 plus labor which would have been at the most $1000 (and that apparently was customer pay). I called insurance adjuster and had a conference call with TC. They made it clear that they would cover damage even if there was previous damage and TC just needed to submit the insurance estimate. 3 days passed. I called TC and asked when "his guy" was going to do the new estimate. He said he talked to him 20 mins ago but he failed to ask if or when he was coming. Friday at 5, I had enough. I wouldn't let TC or this shop do any work on my car even if they paid me for it. I went to pick up my car. TC said I couldn't have my car until next week because they had cars parked behind it in the shop. I said I want my car. Then he says he found out an hour before "how to write the estimate". No call to me or insurance. No estimate done. Just excuses. He was just going to hold my car hostage for the weekend and think of new excuses to try and get "customer pay" money from me other than "insurance money". I told him to get my car and I'm going elsewhere. He kept saying I couldn't have MY car. He finally said take a seat it's going to be awhile. Seriously? All TC is good for is excuses. I've used other Caliber locations with no issues. Obviously this location has a TC service problem. read more

When my wife scraped the rear fender a bit, I only considered this company because of their stellar reputation and because they are a Porsche-certified body shop. And especially don't let Andy (Andrew) be in charge of anything that has to do with your vehicle he has been extremely rude and unprofessional my car came out with more problems then it did going in and I gave them 30 thousand dollars worth of repairs to do they had my car for an entire month and gave it back to me in practically the same conditions when I asked what all was done, he said everything but none of the $30,000 worth of repairs were done, he has been extremely unprofessional and won't even get on the phone with me if you want your repairs to go smoothly I highly suggest you stay far away from this location and Andy he has caused me so much stress thought this process. read more

They did the repair clean and made it look brand new again. My car was hit from a parking lot and we found this location with five star reviews and great reputation for repairing luxury cars. Randy did a great job in assisting us with processing the damage of my vehicle, there was no fuss, no issue, and straight to the point. After getting my vehicle fixed, I happen to notice that my fuel gage is showing half a tank the fact that I remember leaving it full... good thing they leave a history of the mileage on the paper and I calculated that they traveled my car around 60 miles. It wasn't a big issue for me but kind of questioning where they take my vehicle the fact that I would expect it would just be repaired at the location. Also, keep in mind to take your valuables before leaving your car keys because i don't think they lock your vehicle. Getting it repair like a minor damage like this may take 3-5 days usually. Booking an appointment with them is seamless too and had no problems with renting a car. read more

Do NOT take your car here. Took my car here after a girl backed into me and Allstate suggested this shop (mostly for location). When I first got my car back, they had not reassembled the door correctly. It was not flush with the rest of the car (almost cracked open) and was tilted. So they took it back and fixed it. Well then I notice that my speakers don't work as well and my window isn't programmed properly. When I took it back to them they just shrugged and said they were bad speakers. They contacted an outside consultant to come and look at it for me, and he informed me that the speakers and window weren't working because they had installed the wrong part on my car. I take it in again to have the part replaced and then get my car back once again. Now the speakers work but the window still isn't right. On top of all that, when they gave me my car back it smelled of cigarette smoke. Needless to say this place is completely unprofessional and does a shoddy job "fixing" anything. read more

Great service all the way around. Personable, professional and efficient. Tim worked on my car. He was very good with communicating the status of my car, explaining the work that was done, and even identified other things I needed to be aware of about my car. These items did not generate more business or work for him, it was just for helping me take the best care of my car I could. They even gave it a good exterior and interior cleaning before I picked it up. Very organized packaging of my bill and repair records. I'd recommend this place to a friend. read more

UPDATE: 07/30/20 - Craig from Caliber coordinated with a local Cadillac dealer to assist with paying for my rental car while the car is in the shop. I was very critical of all the companies involved in this process but I want to acknowledge a couple of things. First is that this pandemic is affecting us all in ways that we couldn't imagine. I know that some of the setbacks to getting my vehicle are somehow COVID related. The next thing I want to acknowledge is Crag and Cadillac working together to come up with a solution that works for me. Jason at Caliber Collision ( White settlement ) went above and beyond during the whole repair process. He communicated and kept me in the loop from day one until my car is ready for pick up. Most body repair shops and are awful about keeping clients in the loop during the repair process. I've worked with somebody shops before that I had to call myself on and off throughout the repair process to get the status of my vehicle. The receptionist was always very polite and helpful not to mention the fact that Jason and the receptionist stayed after hours to ensure that my car was delivered to me. I definitely will be back to Caliber because Jason was so great to work with. read more

My car was hit on the rear driver side, took my car to be repaired and was very impressed by their service. I received updates on a regular basis and received responses in a timely manner. I had a car accident with significant front end damage. Not having been in an accident before I did as suggested and took the car to Caliber. It was convenient to work and worked with my insurance: Pro's: The people are very nice and polite. The body work looked good. I can't tell the difference between the repair and the rest of the car. Cons: Pretty much everything else. The had my car for just under four weeks. I went back four or five times after I finally got it back because I kept finding problems that should have been caught in a final inspection of the vehicle. I also experienced a series of electrical problems. Each time I went in I felt like they were surprised that I would request these additional repairs. It wasn't until I contacted my insurance agent and he stepped in to manage the inspection of the repairs and talk to managers that I felt my concerns were taken seriously. I just got my car back again and it seems to be done but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. read more

I originally took my car to the location on Beach street. It took almost a week longer than originally estimated to get my car fixed. Once I picked it up I immediately had a notification that my keyless entry wasn't working properly. This notification was ignored. Also, come to find out, my passenger window would not roll down from the driver side door. I took my car to the Downtown location and they fixed it the same day. Everyone is courteous and professional but it was certainly a hassle to have to take my car back in to have them fix what they should have the first time. read more

They were very friendly and ready to help. The turn around time with this Caliber Collision has consistently been reasonably quick. These comments are for the Caliber Collision located on Old Denton Road in Fort Worth, which delivered my vehicle back to me in an unsafe condition to drive, which will require a visit to the dealership to complete the repairs and additional time in a shop at considerable inconvenience to my family. My vehicle was hit from the back, which caused obvious damage to the rear bumper and the illumination of the "Check Airbag" light on the dash. Note that this check airbag light WAS NOT illuminated prior to the accident. The vehicle was delivered to the Caliber Collision location on Old Denton Highway with the expectation that it would be returned with both the bumper and the airbag system repaired. In other words, put back into the pre-accident condition, just like any other vehicle that's involved in an accident. I received a call the next day from a service representative who told me that a scan of the airbag system indicated that the check airbag light was related to the front bumper, not the rear bumper that was hit. I informed him that I thought that even though the scan indicated that the check airbag light was caused by a front sensor, I felt like I t was still related to the accident since the light was not on prior to the impact, which was a significant blow to the vehicle. In any case, the system needed to be repaired, and the repair would definitely indicate the cause of the malfunction. This became a contentious conversation to the point that I asked for the vehicle to be put back together so that I could take it to the manufacturer. I later reconsidered after receiving a call from the manager of this center and ultimately asked him to just do whatever it took to make the vehicle right and provide me with a detailed explanation of the repairs to the airbag system to help determine if the malfunction was related to the accident, which would be covered by insurance, or a coincidental failure of the airbag system, voicing understanding that I would be responsible for any work that could not be correlated with the accident. This was not done. The "Check Airbag" light was still on when I picked up the vehicle. Documentation suggests that nothing was done with the airbag system beyond a computer scan; therefore, I still cannot definitively establish if the problem is related to the accident or not. This necessitates taking the vehicle to the dealership and a supplemental insurance claim if this airbag malfunction can be connected to the accident. I received a text message shortly after picking up the vehicle, asking if I was completely satisfied. I responded that I was not completely satisfied and stated that my vehicle was unsafe to drive. The next morning., I received an angry call (yes, angry) from the manager of this Caliber Collision Center. Interestingly, he was not concerned about me or about making things right, but instead instead very upset about the damage that my unsatisfactory rating might cause to his reputation. In fairness to him, it is obvious that he didn't understand my request to repair the airbag system, and that is to some extent understandable. It happens. I'll take it to the dealership, find the root of the problem, and get that worked out with my insurance company or pay for the repair out of pocket. The real take-your-business-elsewhere lesson is that the manager is more concerned concerned about his reputation than about reflexing on how a vehicle that's unsafe to drive made it out of his facility. That suggests a management culture that probably flows down to the guy sweeping the floor at this center. My bottom lisne is, use Caliber Collision if you want to, but avoid the location on Old Denton Highway. The customer service isn't what you would expect from a reputable company. read more

I am not one to bash companies for simple mistakes or to try and tarnish reputations but this location's management is a joke. I took my car in for front end damage the first time and had to bring it back for minor defects in the workmanship that was done here. I had to contact caliber and initiate every conversation to get updates on my vehicle over a span of two weeks. Prior to anyone touching my vehicle I offered to drive the 20 minutes to and from no matter time or day to perform any actions with my "show lights" ie. removing, installing, unplugging, connecting. I was told no that I would not be needed because my car will be in the best hands. Once I got my car back I noticed that my (aftermarket) "show lights" were not working any longer. So I went to check all of the connections and found that none of the connectors were fully seated, and found a stray wire hanging from one of the connectors which had burnt through the sidewall of itself. Not to mention the transmission issues that followed pickup of the vehicle. I decided not to pursue caliber for the transmission issues because it could not be isolated down to any one component and I was already planning to upgrade some parts. During the down time of my car not being able to drive caliber held my car for over 2 weeks "to determine the root cause of the issue" when the service supervisor told me that all they had to do was call a mobile electrician to see if he can fix it in house, which he wasn't. I had already showed the shop the issue prior to delivery, sent pictures to show exactly where and what was the issue, and it was the wiring to the Bluetooth controller that I had already priced and ready to order. It took me again calling every other day to find out what the forward action would be and they finally agreed to pay for the controller but I had to order it, which I agreed to because clearly anyone can get parts in faster than they could but to this day I have yet an answer from anyone even attempting to resolve the issue of frying wiring connectors to a really expensive aftermarket show light setup. The issue was reported October 8th and it has yet to be resolved. So this place deserves way less than 1 star and I hope that people stray away from this place. It was during the Holiday's, so the turn time was acceptable. Even that I had to be the one calling to find out status. What was not acceptable, was that the clips were left off of some of molding & the exhaust system. Driving my car on the Saturday after the repairs, it started making a horrible noise underneath. We were away from town, so I could not go directly to Caliber. We were near my Toyota dealership & took it there. They found the problem immediately. Because of the scare this put into me (did anything else get put on incomplete or wrong) we traded the Rav4 off. I did call my person @ caliber. He chose not to return my call. I will never do business with them again & I would not recommend it to anyone else read more

Do NOT use this auto repair shop. The only reason why I used this shop was because it was close to where my accident occurred and the tow truck driver recommended it. I am a student at TCU and my accident occurred in the beginning of April. I told the gentlemen handling my case that I was scheduled to drive back home to California the second week of May. I was told this deadline would be no problem and every time I was called to be updated, I reminded them of my deadline. My insurance actually called me during the first week of May and told me that my car would not be ready for another two weeks. I immediately called Caliber extremely upset because they were aware of my deadline (I was living in a dorm at the time and was required to move out and would have had no where to stay if the car took an additional two weeks). Sure enough, Caliber was able to get my car done the next day. So they basically sat on my car until the very end and did a horrible job on repairs, which I will explain below. On my drive back home, my radiator began overheating and I opened my hood to find radiator fluid all over the engine compartment. I took my car to the closest dealer and found out that Caliber had put on the wrong radiator cap. REALLY? THE WRONG RADIATOR CAP? My insurance reimbursed me for the cost to flush the radiator and replace the cap. Then, I began to notice my right headlight wasn't as bright as the left (the right one had been replaced by Caliber). I took my car to the dealer again and was told they INSTALLED THE HEADLIGHT UPSIDE DOWN. Really? I paid out of pocket for this repair. And now, a year after repairs were completed on my vehicle, the chrome bumper is starting to rust in two locations. Absolutely ridiculous! Now I'm going to have to bring my car back in to Caliber and probably wait two weeks for them to repaint and fix my bumper. I guess I will see if they honor their "lifetime warranty." Now I'm just waiting until something else breaks or I find something wrong with the way they repaired my car. I will never recommend this auto repair shop, nor will I ever use them again. I would recommend Service King, as they were able to repair Hail damage to my car efficiently and very quickly. I sure wish I would have used them for this repair instead of Caliber. read more

After having a car wreck on Friday, I learned that my local Caliber Collision center is only open until noon on Saturday. When I called, they asked if I wanted to just walk in on monday or make an appointment. I said that I would just walk in when they open. Monday, I got there at 7:30am when they opened and was told, that they could not talk to me without an appointment. They found an early morning slot for me on Thursday of that week. The next day, they called and said they needed to reschedule my appointment. So now its Friday morning. I really want to work with this company because they are on my insurance select service providers and are near my home, but I also want to get my car repaired so I don't spend so much money on a car rental. So far, I am totally frustrated by their attitude and lack of customer care. I hope to god this gets better fast! read more

i cleaned out my car before i droped it off but i left about $3 in change in the cup holder that had soda spilled on it and was sticky. when i picked it up they had takin all the silver change and left all the sticky pennies!! not happy that somebody would steal change from the cup holder when they should be fixing my car. thank god i took everything else out before i droped it off. then to top it off the car is still having issues that should have been fixed. read more
