This shop is awesome! I have had my car fixed by them twice now and both times the work was great. Jason and Shawn went above and beyond this last time for me. The check engine light came on and they investigated the issue...even though it had nothing to do with my wreck, they took the time to not only investigate the problem but they also repaired it for me at no cost. They certainly care about customer service and making sure that anyone that comes through their doors leaves happy and in a safe vehicle. From the front desk gal to Andy, my customer service rep to the rental car folks - everything was so well managed. AND super nice people!! Great communication is the key. Did things go as planned? My daughter, who is and out-of-state college student, had her car vandalized with deep scratches, and we needed a headlight replaced due to yellowing (the other one had been replaced when it was damaged in an accident about a year prior). We had a tight window while she was home for the holidays to get the repairs done. Chris was our contact, and he did an exceptional job getting everything done in our "window." I've been to Caliber more times than I would like due to being hit in the lovely city of Dallas. While I can't stand the fact that people can't drive, I absolutely love the service provided at Caliber each time that I've gone there. From the time I drop off my car, I'm constantly updated on the repairs status and they usually manage to complete the repairs before the estimated date. The guys there are super friendly and willingly answer all questions and address any concerns. If you ever have to go, ask for Scott. This man goes above and beyond his job to get things done! I took my Nissan 350Z here and they were GREAT! They worked with my insurer, Safeco, who had previously sent me to Collision King in Lewisville. Collision King estimated $700 for repairs. Right away, my service advisor at Caliber, Shawn Marchant, pointed out that besides the rear bumper being beat up, one exhaust pipe was pushed in - something Collision King missed. They took a further look at it and discovered further damage behind the bumper, with a total repair value of $2700. They worked with Safeco to get the estimate adjusted, and delivered my car back (with courtesy dropoff) a week after the insurance was approved. Shawn kept me apprised of progress every step of the way. They're a new shop, but seem to have their act together, and do good work and deliver it when they say they will. They warrant the repair for as long as I own the car. Very satisfied. read more

Set an appointment with Brian Lewis and he looked over the damage, marked the car where the repairs would be performed and explained everything. Throughout the 5 days they had my car, I received texts and calls about the progress. My car looks like new. The best experience I have ever had with a collision repair center. Backed into daughters Kia with my Chevy 4x4. Heather at the front desk got us an appointment the next day. Chris Collins our advisor had a estimate that was point on to an estimate I worked up myself with research (I felt terrible backing into the car). a new rear bumper needed to be ordered, Brought the car in the afternoon before repair was to start so didn't have to get up early and deal with 423 traffic. Chris said I'll get started with tear down today! Car was back in our driveway 1400 Thursday!!! Review: Estimates, Communications, Scheduling, Workmanship, Turnaround Time all SUPERIOR!!! Would not have any negative points to report. Would recommend to any family or friend in a heartbeat! Repair was replaced rear bumper assembly, without any frame damage for comparison. Repair carries lifetime guarantee. Did use a Caliber location in Corinth (same result), picked this one because of closeness after doing research. No regret!!! read more

Not satisfied with the repair at all. Something just did not feel right from the get go. The rental vehicle I received was a gas guzzler and it was not clean nor did they have it ready when I got there. I had to wait an hour to get the guzzler. Damage to the rim of the tire was visible but was not even looked at. That particular tire was in need of alignment yet they ignored it even after I mentioned it to them. I had to get it aligned afterwards. I believe the front bumper that was used was an after market bumper that does not fit well to the body of my car. When I got my vehicle there was a screw loose in the wheel well which I had to point out to them. They simply pushed it in. A day later it was hanging loose. I had to take time off to take my vehicle back to the place because the front bumper had started to separate from the body. They said they would fix it right away. They did. The man drove my car out and showed me that it was fixed. As he pressed on the bumper, it separated again. Hmm. The mechanics they employ must not be so qualified after all nor their quality assurance if they have one. At that time I also asked them is the bumper used was an after market product and the man said he would check, but never gave me a reply. Never again. Frisco citizen. read more

This facility did an excellent job repairing serious body damage done to my brand new 2016 Mazda CX5 last month. They kept me apprised of progress, and delivered my car back to me in the exact time frame they promised. The Enterprise rental car personnel on site were also professional and friendly. My car was side swiped on the passenger doors and the front and rear bumper and geico sent me to this location to get my vehicle fixed. First off, I took my car in on a Saturday and they seemed very nice and hardworking in order to get the job done right, they told me it'd be ready by Thursday, 5 days from when I dropped it off. They also told me they'd call me every step of the way! Never ever did I receive a phone call from them so I decided to call on the Thursday it was supposed to be ready. They then told me it'd be done on the next Wednesday. I drove past the shop everyday to see my car as I drove by and each time I saw it in the parking lot, I saw all 4 windows opened including when the shop was closed. I did not see a need for that to occur. Finally that Wednesday came so I called them back, they told me that a bunch of cars just came in that we're more "IMMEDIATE" so it's going to be another week. What ever happened to first come first serve? FINALLY! The day has come, my car is ready! I go to pick it up and the people lost my car key, and it took them 15 minutes of rambling around the store to find it, they come out with my car and it looks brand new! But then I notice a bunch of scratches on my trunk that were not there before! As I pointed it out they said they'd buff em out so they did! Then as I got in the car, the taillight was out, a taillight I replaced only months ago. They took it back and replaced it free of charge which I appreciate but now comes the bad part. A few days later my rear bumper came loose and was dangling as I drove, I took it back up there and the guy questioned me in a rude way if they worked on the bumper and took it off. This is the same guy that worked on my car so shouldn't he know? It almost seemed like he didn't believe me, but he snapped it back on. Then the next day the tail light signal comes back on, it's the same bulb they "replaced" I open my trunk and look inside and notice that the 3 bulbs to my taillight were all unscrewed and sitting in my trunk, really? I am not impressed that I have to keep bringing my car to the store to get it fixed. They have great customer service but I'm not too impressed with the job they did on my vehicle. read more

The lack of customer service at this location appears to be normal according to other reviews. Apparently, they didn't need my business. I went in on May 22nd to get an estimate for the hail damage on my car as they were a preferred shop through my insurance. After pictures were taken, I was told that I would get an estimate emailed to me by the end of the day. When I hadn't heard anything back for more than two days, I called, and was told by the woman that answered the phone something along the lines of "I take one day off, and everything happens" when I explained I had not heard back from anyone. I was transferred to someone else, and they finally found me in their system, I was told that my insurance company required estimates to be "written up in a certain way", and I was assured they were still "working on it". After not hearing back for over a week now, I took my business somewhere else. read more

I recently took my vehicle to caliber for estimate on repairs for damage to my car by a client from State Farm. The technician that performed my estimate took pictures and informed me that he wasn't able to get a quote for prices until the following day because it was after 5pm which I understood. After not hearing from a technician 2 days later I called back to speak with him about the estimate and I was informed that he would call me back the next morning so I waited and still have no feedback so two days later I called again and got the same response then after a week I called and I was informed that the technician that was handling my estimate had medical issues and couldn't give me the estimate for my vehicle. He also said that the technician would not be coming back due to his medical issues I said okay I understand so he told me that he would obtain all the documentation that the technician had received from me along with the pictures and would email me and State Farm the quotation for my vehicle repair. This whole process started on the 19th of this month and to this day I still do not have my estimation for my vehicle. I even went as far as communicating to a live technician on the website explaining him the situation he contacted caliber of Frisco Unfortunately they have phone line issues and he couldn't contact or communicate with no one there so he supposed to email them the information that he received from me and I still did not get any feedback and talked with him on the 27th. This has been the worst experience I've ever had on getting a simple estimate for a repair. read more

I should have looked here before ever going to this location. Lesson learned. I dropped my car off and picked it up a few days later expecting it to be fixed and lookin shiny... not even close. Not only did they not fix the damage, but they caused more. Both outside and inside. The windshield and the molding was damaged, there was a large 3" area of paint that was damaged in a place that wasn't an issue when I brought it in, overspray on the side of the car, and there was paint all over the backseat. How does that even happen?? Are you painting with the windows down?? And as if that's not enough, the Enterprise girl never closed out my invoice so it took forever to get the deposit back. I had to call their corporate office and have a manager reach out to her just to get her to do that. So we have two issues here: 1. Mistakes happen, no one's perfect, but just own that something went wrong, and do what needs to be done to fix it. For whatever reason, they couldn't do that. 2. And now, how are we fixing this? Solution: Caliber Collision in Little Elm. They fixed all the problems, were super friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to correct the issues. And as an added bonus, unlike west Frisco, they have adults running the front desk! I would never go back here and would never recommend this location, but I highly recommend the one in Little Elm! And it's not that far away! If zero stars were a option, I would have chosen that. read more

First let me say how much I love the organization of this location. This was my 3rd accident in 2 months and every experience I had was bad so I already had a bad feeling about it. But when I came to this location I was immediately greeted ask my name. I filled out some quick paperwork and my adjuster Chris came to look at my car in detail. She broke down everything with the damages I had then Scott, the shop manager, assisted and broke it down in even more detail. Gave me the options I had and what could be done. I got my rental and estimate within a matter of 30 minutes. Chris told me she would keep in contact with me and update me on progress. That evening she gave me a call, didn't have much news but to know she reached out to me made me feel even more comfortable. Scott has also reached out to keep me up to date on progress of my vehicle. If I ever get in another wreck I'm coming to see these two. I have never had as bad an experience with an auto body shop and I have to believe that this was a fluke because I'd hate to think that Caliber Collision does business this way on a routine basis. My mirror was damaged by the car wash next door and the Car Wash GM agreed to pay for the repair quote from Caliber on November 11. I spoke with Andy the 2nd time on Tuesday, Nov 15 and it seemed that he forgot to order the mirror. He said that they forgot to get back to him. Tues, Nov 22 I called and he said that he had gotten no word and that he had the flu. Wed, Nov 23, I called and he said the mirror should be in and he'd call me back to arrange installation. Mon, Nov 28, the receptionist lady said Andy was not there and she took a message for Jason to call me back. He never called. Fri, Dec 2nd, I called Andy and he said the mirror was being painted and he'd call me back. There was confusion and I brought my car in Tues, Dec 6. I waited for a call-back and never got it. Today, Fri Dec 9, I went in and got my car. Andy thought I was going to call and in the meantime, my car sat for 3 days finished and ready to be picked up. I thought they were having a problem with the mirror. I put an inquiry out to our HOA members about Caliber and they warned me about West Frisco being new and fully booked. I should have taken their advice and gone somewhere else. I'll know next time. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and they said it would take about a week. I received a text the following Monday saying that my car was in the paint process and that takes about 2 days. On Wednesday they texted saying that they were nearing completion. On Thursday they texted saying that my vehicle will now be painted and the car will be ready on Friday, but no later than Saturday. I am a very patient person so I let it slide that they told me my car was being painted on Monday, then again on Thursday. What really pissed me off was that I received zero texts or calls after Thursday. I called on Saturday only to find out they were closed!!! How are they going to tell me that my car will be ready Saturday if they are closed? Then on Monday I called the agent I was working with and she had taken the day off. I called her backup and she told me that my car was being cleaned and would be ready for pickup in the afternoon. I called the backup agent around noon and left a message; she never returned my call. When I went to pickup my car it hadn't been cleaned yet because "there were 12 cars in front of yours". I have had it! You are inconveniencing me and not communicating to me what is going on with my car. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! read more
