Excellent service with replacing the catalytic converter to our 2011 Honda Accord! We highly recommend Authority Automative who quickly diagnosed why the car could not accelerate by replacing the catalytic converter the next day. Beware of this company, especially if you are a woman. I was quoted a price for a repair on my car. When I went to pick it up the actual cost was $150 more than the quote. I did not receive any notice of the increased price. when I complained, I was told that they could deduct $20 for the gas they had put into the car, but that's all they could do. When I got into the car, it was on empty. I went back into complain and was towed that the gas was probably used when they were testing the car. Do not use this location ladies pass it on. read more

Best auto shop I've ever been too. Rick and his team are extremely nice and helpful. I took my Toyota Prius in to get my AC fixed. I had previously taken it into another place and they told me I had a leak and the repair would cost me close to $1000. When I went in to authority automotive they took a look at it and told me there was no leak and they just had to recharge my vac system (?), it only cost me $120 and saved me hundreds if I had believed the other place! My brakes had been making a rather unpleasant and worrisome noise, so I figured I should make it a priority to actually get them looked at. I figured this was a place to check out, since what auto shop that has been in business longer than a month has all good reviews!? So here I am. When you drive up, it is a modest auto shop. I was looking for an honest shop that wasn't just hellbent on huge profits, so it didn't surprise me. When I went into the shop, all the guys were working. I simply asked if they could look at my brakes and they were super nice and came to help me immediately. My car got in within minutes! The employees and owner were nice, down to earth, honest, and authentic. I needed new front brakes - no shocker there. Rick gave me my quote and time estimate, which was reasonable. I asked a few questions and he happily answered them. The owner, Rick, is a super nice guy! When I approved the work, he got the parts on their way and got started on my car. While waiting I spoke with a few members of their staff - all super nice and professional. I don't need an auto shop with a fancy building with a luxury lobby (which has to be paid for through overpricing of services). I just need an auto shop that is knowledgeable and honest. The last time I went and had my oil changed, I was told I needed a transmission flush, brake flush, cabin and air filter. I never let them do more than just an oil change. I found Authority Automotive and took my car in. Rick was very honest telling me yes, I needed to get the items done however it wasnt as urgent as I was meant to be lead on. I've been meaning to write this review for sometime because these guys at AA really do deserve the business from the community and are stand up, honest small business owners. They are not in the business to rip customers off, or over repair. I am a car guy and have worked around cars for decades. I chose not to work on cars myself but know when I'm being taken. On several occasions they have done repairs that could of costed several thousands but again limited it to only the problem parts which cut it in half. I've heard of complaints from customers from other auto businesses on 423 so why chance it. Just take it to AA and give these guys a chance. I initially was going with a mobile brake service but their customer service was so horrible, I decided to find someone else to fix my brakes. Even though they only had 7 reviews, I figured I would call. Called early this morning to inquire about getting my brakes replaced and not only were they friendly but they told me they would make sure to have a bay open at the time I wanted to come in. Got there and he drove it right in and they started working on it. I thought it was my front brakes but it turns out the rear brakes were the ones that needed to be replaced.
