If your insurance company ever gives you the option of taking your car to Caliber Collision for repairs!!!!!DO NOT!!! I REPEAT!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!! Even upon speaking to my insurance adjuster and asking him if his car was needing repaired at Caliber Collision he said "HELL NO"..... This was unfortunately after they'd had my car in their possession. I've come back to pick up my car for the 5th time and it's still not fixed properly!!! All from a raccoon running into me!!! Yes, he ran into me!!! They are incompetent and shouldn't be allowed to call themselves reputable!!!! They do not....can not.:..DID NOT stand behind their mission statement, which is to restore your vehicle to the original condition before your accident!!!! Do not trust this shop. My girlfriend brought her car here to have the bumper replaced. She bought her own bumper online and they said it would not be a problem to switch it out quoting a price of $500. After she dropped the car off they called and told her that the bumper she bought had holes for sensors she didn't have. They told her that they could make it work, but it would cost $1400 now. She told them no. When she went to pick the car up they told her that they could still put the new bumper on, there would just be unnecessary holes. So where does the extra $900 come from? She said no again and they then told her they could work with her on the price. They are just playing games and trying to get every penny out of someone they see as ignorant. Insurance company was State Farm and they provided me 3 preferred shops. Based on Yelp reviews I went with Caliper. Started by doing on line chat with them as it was after hours. The following morning I called and the front desk was very helpful and we scheduled for my daughter to drop off her car. They coordinated with the insurance and rental car company. Received a call from the scheduler to go over everything shortly after speaking with Front Desk. Additionally, a little later I received a call from the prompt by the chat from the night before to make sure I was taken care of. Had a little hiccup as they sent my daughter away and told her they weren't taking any cars until after Thanksgiving (a 10 day wait). Called the font desk as she cleared up the misunderstanding immediately and had my daughter turn around and come back to the shop. They treated her well and we very professional. They have a system that updates you with texts on a daily basis on the status of the car. Actually responded to a return text I did. Never called the shop one time and always knew the progress. Worked around the Thanksgiving schedule and finished the car in a prompt fashion. Daughter was very happy with the car. I would recommend to anyone to use this company. read more

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTE TRASH. Hands down the worst most unprofessional body shop I have ever encountered. I should've chosen my own choice for collision repair due to the awful experience I had. Not only were the repairs required not completed, no one took responsibility. First they blamed my insurance, then they blamed a previous employee. I could honestly write a novel about how terrible these people are. When I picked my car up the owner, Todd had the audacity to encourage me to write a good review. ON SERVICE THAT WASNT COMPLETED. It is now going on month 4 that I am waiting to hear back on whether or not I can schedule my repair for the repair that should have been done 4 MONTHS AGO. Then I spoke to a Greg & Todd again and they blamed the old advisor that no longer works there. When I brought my car in for the second time Todd tells me to write another good review. Honestly the only reason I'm writing my honest review is because he told me to write a good one. If I was the owner of this shop, I would have gone above and beyond for my client, taken care of the issues right then and there. NOT FOUR MONTHS LATER. These people are awful, the owner is a coward and refuses to take responsibility and be professional. read more

I was rear-ended and the other person's insurance company (Statefarm) recommended Caliber Collision. My car was towed to CC and I was told I would hear back in a few days. A week and a half later I still hadn't heard anything so I decided to give them a call. They told me my car wasn't there.. I knew it had to be at CC because I got the confirmation from the towing company the same day it was taken, so I asked her to check again. Magically at that moment, the receptionist told me my car had just been dropped off while we were on the phone. Obviously, that was a lie and I was frustrated. After multiple calls with the insurance company, towing company, and CC we determined my car had been there the entire time. I was furious about being lied to. Then I was told my car couldn't be worked on for at least another week because of the other cars waiting. I sucked it up, they got my correct information and I was told I would be contacted within 3-5 days. I gave them 2 weeks before I finally called them again for an update. They had determined my car was totaled a few days ago but had not notified me. OVERALL: Horrible customer service, wouldn't recommend to anyone. Not sure about quality of work because they never actually worked on my car. read more

I am not the type to write reviews, but my experience here compelled me. I have never seen such a kind, accommodating, and professional staff. My insurance would not allow me to go through the dealership body shop, so I was very nervous when they directed me to Caliber. My experience there immediately eased any anxiety I had. The work they did was well completed and in a timely manner, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I would get my vehicle on time. One employee went out of her way to drop me off at home and another came to pick me up so I was able to get my vehicle late on a Friday evening. Every person on staff treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel like a valued customer. Their work was impeccable, but the treatment I got sealed the deal. I will only take my car to Caliber in the future, regardless of whether insurance would cover repair at my car's dealership. You simply don't get this kind of service anywhere else.
