you can't make it right according to the email your general manager sent the insurance adjuster. my wife has been patientLt trying to work with the shop, but keeps getting the run around with he said, she said stuff or just excuses. I had to take time out of my day to meet with the insurance adjuster to point out the issues that should be relatively easy to fix especially since your shop has already been paid to do the repairs. still nothing but excuses from your shop. after closer inspection by myself and the adjuster, we found more issues. read more

I had an excellent experience here! This location is now an "Abra" Autobody. I had some vandalism done to my car while I was in Chicago. Abra worked with my insurance company (State Farm) so my experience was worry free. The work they did was perfect and they left my car in cleaner shape than when I brought it there. I think the best part of the experience was the way they communicated with me throughout the week. I received frequent updates about the status of my car from Abra through phone calls and text messages. The car was returned to me the day it was promised. I gave them 4 with no issues, then was always will be tomorrow and tomorrow didn't come for about 3 more days which caused me to have to postpone a work trip which I was very clear about from the start.
