Do NOT go here. Read other reviews that has low rating describing what issues they had, and those…read morewere exactly I had to go through. To make this review short yet give you an idea.... They told me my front bumper needed a replacement. They gave me an estimate, and had told my insurance estimator/inspector to send a check to them directly. They did not give me the detailed invoice for the "new" bumper. And they rushed to start work on my car. I became suspicious at this point and asked for an invoice at which point they started being very rude on the phone. Their response to my request on sending me an invoice was "you think you know how to repair the car, then come and take your car!" Was very surprised and puzzled with their response in return for asking an invoice. This is when I sensed something was totally off and I decide to stop by directly to take my car back from the shop. When I dropped there to my surprise I saw my car was already in works and what was more shocking was that they were trying to take my 'original' front bumper off and scratch/repaint the same and sell it to me as new bumper!! Check out the pics. I decide to not get in a heated argument since I now know these guys were fraud and just asked them to put the front bumper back on and give it back to me. They are shocked to see me there and since I caught them red-handed they offer to do the "repair" for me "free" and they tell me not to worry about the deductible payment - "we will take care" they say! I was furious and very seriously asked them to put my car back together and leave the place with my car. I went to another place with my car who were super good and made it super easy for me. I was very happy with this second place. But overall the whole process caused so much stress and frustration, and that is not something you want to go through when you are already dealing with your Carnot in good condition, dealing daily stuff without your car, dealing with your insurance, working on payment numbers, etc. Oh and btw they seem to work these things out with the insurance inspector, so just be aware. I also felt my insurance inspector(Frank from Progressive) collaborated with agreeing to issuing the check to them and not informing me. I had to reach out to Progressive executives to file a complaint and get the payment reversed. The whole process was very disappointing and was very off putting at the time. If you want your car in good hands and avoid the mental drama just do NOT go here. I feel bad for people who may have gone here and not know what tricks they exactly pulled on them and these guys got away. Anyway at least if this helps you, I'm glad taking time writing this.

Great price, great service, they reduced my estimate by a lot. Very friendly, would 100% recommend.read more

While the process of going through insurance wasn't fun I can not speak highly enough of Mike Brown and his company. He quickly determined what repairs I needed and worked with the insurance company for their estimate and approval process. Once the bumper was off and he started the repair he did find some additional damaged and had to submit that to insurance for approval also. Today I picked up my car and it looks better than it did when I bought it 2 months ago. Highly Recommend this shop for anyone needing Body Repair or Paint work in or around High Point.

I debated whether to fix the car - Mike gave me an estimate for $3,000 when the value of the car was only $2,400. The car runs really well, and I'm not sure I could buy one for $3,000 that runs as well, so I decided to go ahead and fix the car. I let Mike know my concerns, and he said he'd do his best to keep the price down. Ultimately, Mike found a couple of additional things that needed repairing after he fully took apart the damaged area. Nevertheless, Mike made the repair for less than the $3,000 estimate. Mike did a great job on the repair. The car looks as good as it did before the accident, and it is running great.

The problem is they used low quality glass. I called and asked the scheduler over the phone if they used OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or if they used OEE (Original Equipment Equivalent). And Liz told me that they used OEM Equivalent. No, they use OEE. This is what OEE was explained to me from another glass installer. OEE is where they take an original glass, and reverse engineer it to be close to the original, but it is not manufactured to original specs. That way if there are any patents, or whatever, the copy cats don't have to pay that fee. The glass might be thinner, a different color, the holes in the wrong spot., etc. So when the installer, Shane, came I asked him what it was, and he said OEE. And basically gave a slightly different description than what Liz said. Liz said it was the same as the dealer OEM glass, except the dealer charges hundred more for a $2 sticker label. That is not true. So when it came to the install, guess what, the glass didn't fit correctly. The installer had to modify my car hardware to make the glass fit. By modify I mean break pieces off. My thoughts are, if you have to modify, I mean break, to original mounting brackets because, as Shane said, "the holes on the glass are the wrong size" meaning, not made to OEM specs, then you should get better glass. And Liz from the warehouse stated that the glass they were installing was the better aftermarket glass. If that is some of the best, I hate to see the other junk they install. Shane did do a decent job installing the glass, and cleaning up. The installer was good, the warehouse personnel shouldn't try to pull the wool over the consumers eyes. After all, we will ask several other people, including your own crew. Then you just look stupid. #344
