I cannot thank Caliber Collision enough for taking my damaged car and making it look practically brand new. I was almost in tears when my neighbor backed into my car less than a week ago, and I was worried about how everything would turn out. I dropped my car off at Caliber Collision and picked it up today, and I could not be happier with the results. My service advisor, Mike, was excellent. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, was very detailed, and made sure I knew what to expect every step of the way. I was originally told my car would be ready by the end of the month, but it was completed much sooner than expected. The workmanship was outstanding--the paint match was perfect, and the repairs were flawless. In fact, I almost didn't recognize my car because it looked so new again! I took our car in at the request of the insurance company. They gave us about a 2.5 week turn around time. During the time hey had it, they had issues retrieving parts but never updated the estimated time of completion. Two days before our estimated date, we decided to call for an update and we found out it may not be ready but they would do their "best" to have it ready, leaving a window of possibility open for them to finish on time. On day of completion, we found out it would not be ready. I told them I needed to get our good car seats out of the car for our family trip we ended up having to spend $600 for a rental for. I ended up having to go into the shop and removing them myself because the mechanic couldn't figure it out. Really? When I got the car home and went to install the car seats, I realized the mechanic had unscrewed the seat belt from the car and never reinstalled it. And I can't find the plastic cover for the screw now. After that, I get to in my car to pick up our 20 month old from daycare and our battery we got last July, is now dead. Tried to jump it but the "mechanic" put the positive terminal cover on the negative terminal. Luckily I didn't fry my ECM I wouldn't recommend using this company for an insurance claim or if paying out of pocket. The fact I had to give them deductible was too much. They're a scam like roofers are to home insurance. read more

We took my CRV 2008 to repair a dent in the front panel/bumper. They repaired it, as good as brand new.. did a couple of extra things like cleaned up the foggy headlight cover.. dropped it off on Tuesday and it was ready late Friday afternoon... they made us feel welcomed and special..and extremely professional. read more

I went here after someone hit me and ran. I wasn't really impressed at first because I got hit on a Thursday and couldn't get Monday or Tuesday. Once I got in however my opinion changed. They were professional and the building was impressive. They told me the car may take a couple of weeks to fix once they looked at my car and they ended up fixing it in a week. I went in to get a quote for a 1 inch by 1 inch scratch on the passenger door (no dent). Private pay. The estimator Joshua Robinson comes out with a straight face and estimates 8.3 hours of labor and 3.8 for paint and a cost of $835.46. I asked for this car, a Subaru, with a one inch scratch (not even a dent)? He started explaining about blending into all panels. I said this is not insurance and it is a 1 year old car I just need the one spot touched up, no blending needed. Final answer $835.46. Honesty is important, but from my experience and previous real world pricing, it seems this facility is has issues with honesty. I will probably post on youtube shortly, I was just that amazed. I called corporate to get emails, so I could send pics to get a response from corporate on if they think that is fair price or not (yes or no, being both equally bad). Overall, I lost nothing because I walked away, but please beware with these guys. UPDATE: I received two more quotes from paint shops, $150!!!!!! Work will be done this week. read more

Great work and excellent customer service experience! I was hit and this is the location Progressive Insurance (not my company) uses. I was unsure about going here. The staff at the desk immediately greeted me and had the service advisor evaluate the car. According to the insurance adjustor, I was there to get an estimate. They were ready to fix the car. The insurance company had not authorized a rental so there was no way I could leave it. The staff apologized and reached out to Progressive. The agent I dealt with was unavailable and Jorge said it was not authorized. I received my keys back and left. I returned the next day (Friday) and the rental car was approved. The staff genuinely seem to care about getting the repairs completed with a minimum of fuss. The service advisor said she would call Monday and give me an update. She did and the work was finished by Tuesday (it didn't seem to be much damage, more like an ugly black eye on my car.) I was able to pick up my car without any trouble. The car looks as good as new. I highly recommend this company!! read more
